Snuggles, Heat and Quiet

Archie came this morning but he's mending from an insect sting (before he arrived here). He's the 3rd dog that we have now heard has been stung. One year Risa had a reaction to a bee sting. It happens and with no real hard winters to kill off the insect population, we have an abundance this year. You can't stop living so bees are just something that is. It's rare they bite dogs and they end up with a reaction but it has and does happen.

Archie is snuggling and doing well and figure when it cools down here (when our air gets fixed tomorrow) he will be running like a banshee but all the dogs are hanging out and taking it slow today. We are making sure they get a lot of cool water, cool things to lay on and a ton of snuggles.

It's hot and we are waiting for the sun to go down so we can enjoy outside. Tomorrow we will have pictures. We promise. Till then - we are snuggling and enjoying!
