Cold Play

It's become cold again - yipee no blow dryers and wet mud - joy is back. But I had no sleep last night and when I say NO sleep I meant no sleep. Truffie was sick for the first time. He is getting better. Nothing contagious and we did have him at the vets today but I am so zonked its unreal. When someone is sick we immediately isolate them so that meant it was me and the Truffster all night long.  I did get an hour and a half nap this afternoon but I am exhausted. I almost said forget about the blogs. Enough complaining. Just know the Truffster is fine and is an excellent hugger. Less treats for this guy. He is still not eating yet but he is drinking water. Tomorrow is a new day.

How could you not love a face like this?

We have an update of Meika on Spice's blog. What a gorgeous cuties she is!

Levon and Trigger are hanging out. They didn't know what to make of Jesse at first but all is good. This borrowing Jesse is a great thing as he is good for the smaller set.

We had sedate sniffing and we had crazy play.

Nothing like running like the wind.

Brewer was here just for the day and he also had to adjust to Jesse. He did.

Kat and Trigger got along really well today.

Spice is always such a happy gal. She just loves life!

This was after Risa's brush out. I think she was having a counter attack move. You brush me - I will show you!

It took awhile but Jeannie has her full out play back and Murphy has totally loosened up. It's magic but it always happens.

I wondered how they would make out - Levon is very fearful of big dogs.

Hope Truffie feels better soon.

Shannon its a good experience for them. They have adjusted. Even if a dog growls or lunges at Jesse he turns his head and waits and says I am not a threat. He is an amazing dog. Its truly good for them as he is such a gentle being.

Thanks, regarding Truffie. Its him and me again as he is isolated despite it being a dietary indiscretion. He did have loose stools again tonight but other than washing and drying him off he is better. Hoping by tomorrow he is eating.

Feel better soon Truffie! Always makes me sad even when I know what it is. You just want them to be back to their happy selves.

That's awesome. It would be great to get Levon over his fear so my neice could bring her dogs...but it's different on his own turf. Levon goes into protection mode.

Hope Truffie's tummy trouble is better soon.
How are Shoshi, Wasabi, Fiona and Treasure? I haven't seen them for a while.
Love Jesse with pups photos.

Hope Truffie feels better today. Great photos and happy that the mud has "frozen".

Shannon: He's over it but when you do a meet and greet you need to find an enclosed field to condition them first before they come to your home. If you have a fenced yard then do it out in your yard and do correct. They both are totally relaxed with Jesse but wasn't the first hour. This has been a great visit for them as they were exposed in a positive way.

Anne the frozen is the best part even though I hate the cold it beats rain and mud.

Su: Treasure, Abigail and Fiona are in forever homes and have been for quite sometime. I still miss them but I do hear from them often and Fiona just visited.
