Updates and More

Oh my gad the gardens - if I only had the time but couldn't do what I usually do but I can be jealous.

Here’s a picture of Clarity relaxed on the float with my nephew, Logan, and I (Christine).

Dusty gal is having dinner before departing. All the dogs will miss her but especially Goldie.

Nathan baked chicken and gave them some and oh my gad they were licking their lips but Logan was going nuts. I think Mabel was a close second. No one lifted their heads out of the bowl. They LOVED it.

Tomorrow is slated to be cooler. That means we will be able to play more outside. Rather glad that heat is about to go away.

Danielle has had some setbacks. Just when we thought it was going smoothy. Life....

Fever, feeding tube back, vomiting, think she has abscesses. Fun stuff. She is in pain and mighty depressed.

Oh Clarity, you look like you are having a wonderful time.

I am so sorry about Danielle, hope she gets over the setbacks soon. Poor soul, anyone would be depressed with what she is going through, especially at such a young age.

So sorry to hear about Danielle's setbacks. It's hard when anyone is ill or suffering, especially difficult to see a young person going through something like his.

Clarity sure has a beautiful garden. lol. Hope she is not a digger. She looks quite comfie on the lounger in the pool.

Danielleand her family are in my thoughts and prayers. She needs some good news.
Hope it is not too serious.

Clarity was not a digger here. A new yard - who knows. :-) Dawgs will be dawgs. Jazzy who comes to visit always digs up a plant or two to have a cool place to lay in. At least he is happy.

Jayne: They were salivating - and it was warm pieces cut up and mixed in. They love it nice and warm.

Nope, Clarity isn't a digger here either. This is the first time I've had nice grass in my backyard in 16 years ... Slowly turning patchy again. That's ok, 'cause i choose Clarity over grass any day!

Sorry Danielle's journey hasn't been smoother after all she's had to deal with.
She deserves so much better. Hopefully the worst is over.

Glad you love her like you do, Christine. See you in class Thursday. Yeah I need to take naps too or just sit outside for a solid hour without anything to do. Can you imagine. I so wish.

I am hoping tomorrow is a good day for Danielle.

After having 3 dogs for many years, and at least 2 at a time, I got all my grass removed in my backyard years ago. I now have retaining wall planters running the width of the yard and have the lower level filled with flagstone and pea gravel. I love looking at nice grass but with the dawgs it doesn't stay nice for long and besides I have lots of grass behind my backyard so the best of both worlds as far as gardening goes.
