Visits Today

Rusty and Patches came for a visit and they had a really great time. Me, I am not sure. I have been so busy I can't stand it but I still managed to smile. Dear old Ella jumped in the pool, had to dry, then jumped in again and had to dry. Brie jumped in the pool and then we dried. I was going to take Patches but all this drying I ran out of steam as I also had a full house in the grooming department. This was the extras.

We did manage to get in Rusty but right after that I headed in to dry Ella then dried her yet again.

See if you can tell who is Ella and who is Rusty in the gallery.

We also managed to take out Cookie the rescue and the two pups (Saffron and Murphy) for a walk. We will do it again tomorrow but here is the video. Cookie and Murphy walked fine but that Saffron was a jumping bean.

I tied up Brie's hair and I rather like it. I may do the same to Colby. Everyone is doing really, really well.

Looks like we are not going to Sudbury on Friday. Paula is heading to Newmarket on Monday and we are meeting her then. This will save us a trip.

Besides, Truffie has a gal coming for him on Friday. If this house wasn't crazy enough but we look forward to it.

That's it for tonight. It's the only blog I am doing. I am exhausted. Hope you understand!

It is very hard to tell Rusty and Ella apart. Thank you so much for giving Rusty a wonderful day as always. He gets excited when we turn onto your street. He was exhausted. I think he misses all of you! The gallery was amazing. We were so happy to see Rusty in the water with Ella. He loves you guys. Who wouldn't? It is a dream come true for all of them. Darlah thank you. Rusty smelled so nice and and felt so fluffy!

The dogs sure seemed to have had a full day by the pool! Great pictures. I like Brie's hair up...that way you get to see her moustache.

Saffron is a real pistol! She seems to have a mind of her own. Cute to watch!

I like Brie's hair up too. Going to put Colby's up too.

Saffron is a nutcase. Got to walk her again and again and again. hahahaha

Patches came home looking beautiful, thanks Darlah, and was exhausted but a very happy girl. Our carpets are almost dry, it takes a while. Thanks too for all the great pics you took again Darlah. You are such a great photographer.

Nathan said Patches looks like Brie, which one is Brie, the short or long haired dog who has the same colouring as Patch?

We can't wait for our new pup, I think Patches is ready for a buddy now. Sorry she pulled the bark session when I got there. She is going through a 'giving me heck' phase when I leave her even though she has a great time, go figure! We are working on it....... lol

Cookie looked like he was walking very well with the pups.

Cookie was walking quite well with the pups - no issues. He seems to like them too.

Angela:

Its just excitement to see you. The exposures are a good thing for her. She really had a great time and made new friends too.

Can't believe in this warmth the carpets are still damp. Truck mounted units are always the best but they can saturate too much with them as well. Glad it was done in the summer vs. winter.

Lots of fun in store with the pups coming. I just need some time off anmd some doors sanded and stained before that. heh

Thanks again, Darlah. We have lots to learn about Havanese and about companion dogs in general!
