Too Cold

When you take your havanese out for "bathroom break," stay out with them. If you're cold enough to go inside, it probably is too cold for your havanese to stay out much longer as well. Today is too cold to walk or have them out for an extended period.

When you bring a havanese in, wipe its paws and underside, making certain there are no ice balls clinging between the toes or on the sole of the foot. They can cause frostbite to your dog.

No, no walk today, that's for sure. Patches still insists on going on the deck to look around but I am insisting she come in after a couple of minutes. Brrrr! Thanks for the reminders Darlah.

I took Rusty out tonight briefly. I insisted he wear his coat but we weren't out for 5 minutes when he lifted his little back paw. That was enough for me. In we went. Brr is right. Thanks Darlah. Great picture. Except I think it should say WIFE. (Haha)
