Dreary and Cold

Such a dreary and cold day. Not much of an update today except an angelic being gave me a hat and scarf that she did herself. Now how cool is that? Deepest appreciation for thinking about Nathan and Dennis too.

I am reminded why I love dogs so much. If you are not up to par they will lay with you endlessly. Nathan ate a piece of salmon that was a little off and well he is paying for it. The dogs - well they wanted to just be with him as if surrounding him with love will get him better.

I think it does. Well, it does me.

How wonderful of the dawgs to try to help Nathan get better. And, a handmade hat and scarf is so thoughtful. You will get good use out of those.

Nathan: Caelen and I are sending get well wishes. The only silver lining of not feeling well is just what Darlah said - the dawgs are extra attentive and snugly

Caelen loves the outdoors so these cold days have her burning energy in, ah, other ways. Clothes from the laundry basket were strewn all over and toilet paper streamers were everywhere. I thought I was doing a great job keeping her active and entertained until I went upstairs to discover I was wrong....very wrong.

Nathan, hope you feel better. I had salmon for dinner and was thinking of you. The doggies will no doubt help in making you feel better. I agree with Darlah, that is why we love our dogs so much!

Hope you feel better tomorrow. I think I had the same Salmon over the holidays. Black tea is very good for stomach ailments. Our best companion is our dogs. They really do make us feel better.
