Third Update Today

Here is Today's Gallery

It's mighty wet out there. Everyone is playing their hearts out. No one is chilling and just watching. They all love Holly who came in smelling so good that even the boys that are minus their parts are all flirting with her.

I got everyone combed out today. I am amazed. The dogs had special treats in their dinner tonight again and they were licking their bowl clean. They all had a treat after grooming and I am hoping it gets cold again as grooming is a - all day thing with this wet.

Nathan took a nap today and he calls it his non nap as they lay all over him and he really doesn't get much of a shut eye but some of the dogs do.

We had a great day and it is still going....

Hope everyone had a wonderful day.

I wonder if you can make it to the Guinness world of record for the amount of grooming you are doing? Truly, what is your highest amount of doggies you have groomed?
Everyone seems to have lots of fun on the Christmas Day, it makes me smile :)

Complete baths, with just feet trims, bum clean up, belly cleanup, pad trims, around eyes and head 11 dogs. Then I did comb outs of others. The 11 dogs was a 14 hour day. It's way too much and rushed. If I have to demat I can't do 11. My hands are in excruciating pain after that many. I didn't eat that day.

I like to have an hour to an hour and a half with each dog. That extra half hour if I am trimming with scissors. I just finished Casey. She has short hair but I did a full trim, cleanup etc. I take my time as it allows me to play and relax them. She took me about an hour and 30 minutes. It made it a better time for her and I when we can be silly and not all business.
