Snowy But Wet

The guys took a lot of photos but many didn't come out. Sorry. Here is today's gallery. I had a great photo of Dallas jumping over Tenshi but it was too blurry. Penny was laying on her back doing a shimmy like Risa does - blurry and that was only the ones I remember watching then trying to decipher on the camera. Nathan and Dennis was taking shots. Oh well...

It was a wet one. They came in with snowballs. I used the high velocity dryer more times than I want to think about. The dogs looked a mess. Water, snow and well it all ruins grooming.

Nathan had a pot roast that he shredded up and gave to the dogs in addition to their food. To say the dogs were thrilled is an understatement. It's not like it was their first treat as they  had turkey and roast beef this week but they loved it. Even dogs that were slow to eat gobbled it right up.

Dogs are all meshing very well. Other than a ton of grooming it was a great day!

You are right Anne. I need to weigh Kona to-morrow, I think he has really enjoyed all the turkey meat on top of his kibble. He is feeling a little 'fluffy' to me. lol

Good thing with dogs is they can lose weight quick if you just cut the snacks. Humans it takes longer.

Rusty needs to lose a bit. I spoil him. But I will stop the snacks and the tastes as I cook, and, and, and. He is my best company when I am cooking. Never leaves my side. Maybe
Maybe we will both diet in the new year.

Ronnie, I hear you. Cooper is always in the kitchen when I cook, usually on the floor by my side. He understands the word "move"...so when he is in my way, I say "move" and he just goes elsewhere...but still in the kitchen. Always hoping that I will drop something but I am ever so careful LOL!
