Half Smile Day

Yes, this is a half smile - oh - I may be thinking up something delicious to do smile. What a riot. Love it!

We have snowflakes in the air. Dogs are still finding it too cold so not many photos but we are playing like crazy indoors. Here is a gallery. As you will notice with Cooper's hair that it's also windy on top of cold.

For Valentines Day, I may make some chicken strips for the dogs - freshly made. They have to celebrate too and I surely love them to bits - ours and those that visit! Have to make the day special for them too. May start Saturday night.

Us, we are going to do takeout Chinese. I already made a list and we are going to watch tv bathed in dogs. What better way can one spend it. May even have a drink to celebrate

Last time we went out for dinner on the 14th we had to have a set menu and someone tried to pick a fight with Nathan for accidently bumping into his girlfriend. We figure its easier going another day or staying in and getting food in. People get crazy when it is too busy.

So, if you are going out, breathe deep and just ignore and enjoy each other. If it is you and the dogs - well even better, I say. heh Dogs are the very best company ever!

I've had similar issues with going out for dinner on Valentine's Day. Instead, we are going for brunch (my favourite meal out) and then ordering in for dinner. Caelen and the kitties will be celebrating with us #valentinepets

I agree, going out for Valentine's day is crazy. Ken has refused to go out for years. We will just be having a regular meal and then go out sometime in the following week. That is a whole lot more relaxing.
Darlah, love your photos of the dogs. They always seem to be having so much fun. Hope you are feeling better, that Danielle is okay and that you have a great time eating Chinese and enjoying the dogs.

Great gallery again. Lovely Risa! I agree, nestling down with the dogs is a great way to spend Valentine's. Enjoy!

Mickey is great. He's even holding his own with the Stone. :-) He's so jazzed to be hanging out with Roxie too.

blankets of dogs.

Great photos. They look like they are having lots of fun. Beautiful picture of Mickey. We are going to see the movie Brooklyn with Elana in the afternoon and probably bring home dinner. I agree with all of you. Special Holidays are not the ones I enjoy in a resaurant. We will come home and have dinner (take out) and watch tv by a crackling fire. Hope you all enjoy the day. Happy Valentine's Day.

Valentines Day at home with the dogs sounds good to me. Those snuggles and kisses will be lovely.
