The picnic date took place on August 17, 2019 from 12pm to 5pm at Yvonne's place in Brighton. Check out the details here. Photos from the 2019 picnic can be found here. Yvonne's place is NEXT DOOR to her old place. I will try to put a havanese flag out front. Hope you can join us. Directions are here. The house # is 25. There is no picnic in 2020 due to COVID but hopefully in 2021. Stay Tuned!

Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid is a recognized National Pet First Aid Certificate course for dog and cat professionals and pet owners. Talemaker Havanese now has that certificate having taken and passed the course.

Five years ago, I wrote - Meet Fiona and sire: Paula's chocolate Phantom - pups. 2 gals, 2 boys. From top, gal, boy, gal, boy. Now to catch shut-eye while Nathan relieves me. 36 hours without sleep is tiring.

Abs and Truffie are not brother and sister. This was Fiona's litter and Roxie had a litter the same day. Roxie is Abigail's daughter. Roxie's was unexpected as it was an outside tie - no connection - just got close and that is why she only had 2.
Oh Lady Abigail was our puppy from Fiona - same Abigail name with the Lady added in as you can't have the same name for both. Close enough to confuse though.

Yes, guess they like our name so much that they also wanted it for their gal. That's okay. Can't register 2 dogs with the same name but with the added Lady, it works.
