Another Day

We woke up to this - foggy as all get out! It is mucky and wet outside.

Tenshi is visiting and managed to get a muddy mess. I pray I am better tomorrow as she needs a bath. Dolly looked like she was all brown. They are having fun. Teddy stayed clean and walked around the wet. Good one, Teddy.

I am still very sick. Nathan is sick. I didn't get to brush out Murphy. I feel ever so bad. I was in bed. Dennis is not sick - hooray!! I am staying away from the door so no one else gets this. Off to comb out Logan and Panda and Brewer then climb into the couch. That is actually an improvement cause yesterday grooming was not possible.

Photos as I can but not today. Dennis has been great playing silly games with the dogs. He is great!

Darlah, you sound like you need a brandy with honey and lemon or maybe just the brandy, a large one!
I hope you both recover soon.

Oh oh, Nathan is sick too? I guess Dennis is THE man to hold down the fort! I really hope that it's just a flu so it passes fast.
Haha The little white Tenshi is now brown! Dolly too?!? She loves the outdoor, wet muddy snow. We went out Saturday and she was a mess and we gave her a complete bath. I think she needs to take a shower with me everyday... I'm glad she had fun. Don't worry about washing Tenshi, you take your time to get better. We will try to clean her up.

It's a bad year for the flu - influenza activity in Toronto for week 2 January 2017 similar to the activity in week 1, with 400 new lab-confirmed cases of influenza reported. To date this season, 1,306 lab-confirmed cases of influenza have been reported, higher than the previous 10-season mean of 569 cases.

Darlah I am so sorry to hear that you have both come down with this terrible cold/flu. Take care. The dogs are just going to get muddy again next time. Good Dennis. That what we should call him. You really can count on him. What a blessing. Everyone will manage for awhile. But if you don't rest we will have to manage longer. We need you Darlah to look after yourself. Pretend you are one of your puppies. Settle in and relax. Remember Marco?

Wishing you a speedy recovery Darlah & Nathan. I hope Dennis is able to avoid the flu.
