Two Updates: First Pool Shots

We have most of the furniture out but my couch I got last year for Mother's Day has a waterproof cover on it and wouldn't you know someone jumped up and peed on it. I am not saying names but off the cover came to be washed. Up went the xpen to make sure they can't jump on it again until the cover is back on and even then I mat leave the xpen up unless I am using it.

Here is today's gallery.

I did get in the pool for about 20 minutes or so or so it felt. It didn't feel long but Nathan did dive in with Ella, Kat and Inula. I couldn't take anyone else in (maybe tomorrow) as I am not up to grooming everyone. Two hours sleep - interrupted as people were coming) is clearly not enough. Tomorrow I have grooming to do and hopefully more pool time but that depends. I am trying.

Everyone is having a great time. Dennis will go to sleep after dinner. I won' get there till 10 or 11 tonight. He will do the night duty.

We are excited. We are enjoying the visitors but we are exhausted.

More tomorrow!

Omg, it's so fun to see the dogs swim! Aren't they having a blast?!? I hope you have enjoyed the nice weather too!

I'm surprised that Roxie didn't dive in. I know how she absolutely loves swimming!?

Darlah. Hope you get some sleep tonight. Glad you had a chance to swim today. Pups are a lot of work!

Great pool pics. The dogs and Nathan are clearly having so much fun. I have to admit it is hard to imagine that you are in the pool given the earlier weather this month, but it is so fun to see. Love the pics of the lounging miss Moxie. Who is she with in picture 38, 39?
Thanks, as always, for keeping us up to date with our dear girl. We miss her so much.

Lots of pool fun. Kat looks much smaller when he is all wet. Inula's coat is so thick her look doesn't change much when she is all wet. Ella is going to do her time and Roxie's time in the pool for the next two months.

Kathy: As soon as Roxie's pups are walking, Roxie is doing some pool time. :-) She can swim, feed them, swim. feed them. heh Maybe we will get them swimming too.

Roxie's focus is on the pups but I wouldn't have blamed her if she did jump in. It was way too hot without air. Nathan and his saving $$. He says its only 2 days as he sits around with just shorts.

OMG, i just realized that Roxie had puppies!!! I was wondering why you said you had two hours sleep, Darlah. Congratulations!
