Picnic Photos & Details

The picnic date took place on August 17, 2019 from 12pm to 5pm at Yvonne's place in Brighton. Check out the details here. Photos from the 2019 picnic can be found here. Yvonne's place is NEXT DOOR to her old place. I will try to put a havanese flag out front. Hope you can join us. Directions are here. The house # is 25. There is no picnic in 2020 due to COVID but hopefully in 2021. Stay Tuned!

Woofstock Is Back

Meet us at Woofstock. Dogs are welcomed. We meet at the restaurant across the street from Woodbine Park. Here is the location. Meet up happens on June 22, 2024 at 9:30 to 945am. Hot Dawg Day

It is our grand daughter Dani's birthday and she chose to spend part of it with the dawgs. What a special young woman she is. Soon (within the year) they are going to try to do a Colostomy Reversal. Not sure if it will work. They won't know till they try but best to at least try.  We await a date.

Dogs are truly enjoying this weather but they want to laze in the shade not the sun. Can you blame them? Soon it will be gone so we are trying to make the most of it. 

Sometimes I manage to finish my grooming while watching tv. multitasking is good for you . heh The dogs love tv time so. We were watching America's Got Talent and the dogs were barking at the dogs on the tv. Got to laugh.

Happy Birthday Dani. I am happy to hear that they will try the reversal. Will she still be at Sick Kids? They do marvellous things these days and I pray that it will work for her.

I wish Dani all the best & a great outcome after surgery. What a wonderful way to spend a birthday, being surrounded by happy, loving Havanese.

When we watch TV at home Pippin perks up when dogs bark or someone whistles. Sometimes I catch him watching TV. It's cute.

I believe they are trying to do it at sick kids. She does not have a date yet. Supposed to be soon. It's a 2 stage surgery. Meaning it is 2 surgeries for reversal and if it doesn't work a 3rd to return to where she is. Worth a chance at her age.
