Hmm What's This

Dennis has food and he is a mighty popular guy. It's a mighty warm day. We put a water bowl outside while Dennis hangs out and enjoys. Nathan is taking a nap and I am blogging. Here are a few photos I took. Got a short blog to do as we have so much to do.

I started brushing out and the rest will be done tonight after my return and of course after posting to the blogs.

Now off to pack the car for the vets.

Yeah Warmth

Could they be too hot? I have to laugh. Some played but in the shade. It was as if they have to adjust to this warmth. Me too but I love it! Here's today's gallery. Can you believe according to the Weather app on my ipad its warmer in Huntsville.

Tonight it gets quiet around here. Bella and Bailey have departed and tonight the rest. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

If you look at Roxie on the lounge chair she is in heaven just chillin'. I did place water with ice cubes outside several times a day and they drank it dry in minutes especially after play.

Warm weather will stay but not warm enough to put plants out. Oh well. 

PS: Here's a very short video of Risa jumping for her food. Talked to my usual vet and she said she had to have eaten something to throw off the values. She said if she had cancer she would not have bounced back like she did. Here's hoping. 

Little by Little

This is what happens when you play day in and day out with the Inula - your head hair gets chopped up and disappears. There goes her show career. Hair does grow but for hers to grow she has to stop playing with Inula. Inula does this to no one else except Ella. 

I just NOW finished doing dogs. I had a really, really full day of haircuts, baths etc. I also brushed the rest. I started at 7. Had moments of talking at the door but it was a 12 plus hour day.

I had the pleasure of having a number of dogs that I adore that came for the day. One of them was Clarity (huge pleasure) and now that I am resting, I am using a present she gave me - well Clarity's mom gave it to me. What is it? Insta Shiatsu and oh my does it feel good. What a wonderful present. Very unexpected and very appreciated!

Tomorrow is Dennis' birthday and I told him he can do whatever he wants to and I will be doing all the jobs he normally does. I guess tomorrow is busy for me too. They say it will be warm. Hoping to snap some photos and enjoy life and maybe use my Insta Shiatsu.

Monday - xrays...

Warm Day

We feel so excited about the weather this weekend. Last night we got some of our furniture out and this morning I got some of the cushions out. Those that could I swear levitated to the top of the cushions. Everyone human and canine alike is loving this weather.

I even sat outside with my ipad for a bit and clicked photos, played bejeweled and loved up the pups. Nathan got to lay out longer.

But I also groomed, cleaned and well that's why the blog is so late. Tomorrow I have a full day of grooming so I am hoping I find the time to also enjoy the weather. We shall see.

We also took dogs out for a walk. Trouble is not impressed with the lead. We will try again tomorrow. 

Fun Sun Day

Dogs loved the sun today and so did Nathan. Does this mean warm weather is here to stay? We are hoping.

Sunday is Dennis birthday. Tomorrow his sister is taking him out to the aquarium. Nathan and I will hold down the fort and on Sunday we get his fave meal brought in from Lonestar. I am thinking about dehydrating beef so he can share with the dogs on his birthday. hehe Actually he would enjoy doing that.

Things are starting to get green. We are muttering maybe outdoor furniture should make its way outdoors.

The dogs WILL love that as they adore lounging like we do. 

Mr. Coops departed. Thank you Anne and Russell for the bagels. yum!

I am sure the rabbit is now saying ah no one watching me anymore. It was funny to see them both watching each other. Inula seems to not care any longer. For that I am glad.

Will be updating Panda's blog tonight as we have photos to share. Today it will be George as he just departed then Hagia and then Havoc.

We are also busy - well I am trying to figure out my room for the moms to be. There;s no room. hahahaha But we will make it work and I will have less room - not them.

Cheeky Dogs

Dogs had a blast as weather was better. 

It was a Cooper enjoying Stone day. 

Reggie departed. Tiny was playing his heart out and will soon depart. 

The dogs are simply having a ball and maybe its simply just celebrating the lack of rain. I am not sure but I will take it. I love them having fun!

Inbetween Rain

Cooper is funny. I am not sure if he does this at home but he watches Nathan doing his cleanup outside as if he is observing a good movie. I have to laugh. 

We had a lot of off and on rain today. It was a tad frustrating for the dogs and humans but Dennis played the chase game with them upstairs and we had stolen moments outside when the sun tried to shine. Now, it's shining. Of course. Here's the gallery.

I bathed Truffie, the pups, a couple for someone else and Panda. I had Logan on my list but he hid in the crate as if to say, really? Logan has not liked baths since he had a bad experience with a groomer (not me) so we are working on making it more enjoyable. He's not convinced we arrived at that point yet so tomorrow we will try again. You have to make the bath experience fun even if they think it isn't. The operative word is try.

We have a very busy day tomorrow. We have Paula and Tracy's pup coming in. George and Ringo are going home. Reggie departs and so many other things. 

Snow Then Rain Then Mud

DJ was visiting. He experienced the snow, the bath, oh the rain and the mud and the bath. ROFL Gee, all in one day. I had to laugh. I was so busy washing and cleaning that only Dennis clicked. Here is the gallery.

Murphy also had a blast before she departed. 

Due to this rain, we have mud. Floors with pawprints washed up so many times and well pups with black legs and undersides too.

Tomorrow we are going to dehydrate beef for the dogs. Hoping for dryer times. 

PS: We have now talked Inula out of chasing the rabbit. We just had to make us more interesting. 

Such Fun Play

It's bordering brrr cold. Will we get snow. Will we get rain? Will we get both? I figure rain because I washed most of the dogs. It's that thing called Murphy's law. Makes you laugh. 

Dogs are having a great time. Though I swore River kept going to the door this weekend looking as everyone came then walking away as if to say - oh not you. I wonder who she thought was coming? Could it be Cooper? hahahaha

Rabbit is still in the yard. I do not know where her babies are. Don't want to know and do want to know. Does that make sense? Inula likes to chase the hey out of her so we have been curbing that prey drive. Oh she wouldn't hurt the rabbit but she sure likes chasing it.

Interesting Day

Here is today's gallery. The rabbit seems to be gone. Did she move her kits or ?? We do not know. But at least we have our yard back. Still nags at me. I guess babies are babies to me. 

Piper went home after really fitting in. Everyone got brushed. Moms also got their baths. 

Dogs spent a lot of time outdoors. I had a lot of grooming. Benji, Holly are just a couple I did today. It's been a long day. We will now go watch tv together as a family - ours and visitors, draped in dogs - a slice of heaven. 

Rabbit in the House

Stone had a bath today and a practice session. Even though classes are over we still keep them learning. Spice also had a bath. Tomorrow I will probably do someone else or two or 3. :-)

It seems we have a rabbit outside who just had babies. They are slimy so when I say just, I mean just born.

Everyone is having a blast. It's warmer. It's not muddy so we celebrate.

Very Messy Times

It's a mighty messy day. I mean when you look at the gallery you will say doesn't she ever groom? 

They have been wet, muddy and everything inbetween and so have the floors. Even Cooper ran through the center of the pool in enthusiasm. Did I catch it? Nah. Also had Dallas do the same after her bath so she had 2 of them. Got to laugh. 

They did play in the house as if it was outside. 

Dolly also came for the day and well she didn't get dirty. Go figure!

Can you snow or stop raining please?

Oh well, Dallas is home and clean. 

Big and Little

As the little ones are out with the bigger ones it is getting tough separating galleries so at this point I would be rolling Trouble in with the big guys as that is where they are in development. So, from now on the pups gallery will be here with the adults and the videos will still be in the Panda blog. When George goes home we will just be updating this blog and the mom to be blogs. If I get photos, I will update with the photos. I actually have a Hacoc video I will be uploading. 

It snowed slightly today and the dogs had a blast in it. Check out the ton of photos we clicked. 

Dallas was soaked to the skin but when she came in she dove into the blankets and peered out as if to say, it's not my time for blow drying, is it? She makes me laugh.

Luna, Alvin, Mickey and Murphy departed today (well Mickey will soon). The Coops come for an overnight tomorrow and Dallas departs. So many changes and it's quieting down again.

Risa is eating and getting excited about food but is still on tylan powder and zantac. 

Cheating or Playing the Field?

I told Kathy that Kona was in love with Adele and he was. But Dennis took these photos before Kona's bath and it looks like he was smitten with River and she with him. Oh my, such a ladies man he is!

You can see his flirting with River in the gallery. Unfortunately I didn't get his overtures with Adele but trust me he was all over her too. He makes me laugh. I think he had a wonderful day here.He's now home with his mom.

PJ and Lucy are visiting for the day and they are having a great time. Excuse how the dogs look. I did take photos before grooming and a few after. They all get done but not at the same time. heh

Dallas is a riot. She says, Jeannie you are NOT a diva, I am. They are so funny together but all the photso Dennis took of them snuggling were too blurry. For shame. Think they still know they are related!

Mickey is hanging out here and having a total blast. You will have to see how the siblings and Mickey did in class. I will be uploading the videos hopefully today though I am sadly behind. 

Luna has been jumping all over and to say she was having a blast is an understatement. Murphy also is here and is running and playing and enjoying. Everyone is having a great time today and its warmer. We are experiencing a snow melt in time for another storm?

Oh well... we will still have fun no matter what the weather is.

Everyone is an absolute mess. It's snowing. Risa is loving putting her face in snow. Tracy cooked chicken and Risa is out laying patiently begging with her eyes. I have to laugh.

Tomorrow is the last class for the Roxie/Adele crew. sniff. 

The dogs love the snow so much - humans - not sure. I felt chilled to the bone today. It's better than rain but that's coming later this week. 

Fitz departs tomorrow. He's managed to have a real blast. 

Today is my no brush day so ignore their messy hairdos. We will play catch-up tomorrow. :-)

Such a Play Day

As you can see Luna and Fitz are really getting into this play business. Today was a grand day - crisp air. No mud - no rain but some snowflakes but nothing that stuck. Check out the gallery.

Two Updates Today

Think Cooper needs a freshen up or a bath. I have to laugh. He's never dirty till he comes here, I am sure. He just mucks it up so much. I only managed a few photos today. Been a day and that's all I will say.

Too Rainy Today

Luna and FitzFor the most part we have had indoor play. Here's a few photos. The dogs are not liking the wtness but they are playing indoors a ton. Sorry I didn't get more photos. Fitz' mom need not worry. He is playing just fine.
