With the addition of Spirit's 2, they have adapted quite nicely. But interesting enough, when it comes to feeding from mom, Spirit's 2 wait to be taken out while Willow's stays in with her in the xpen. They all know the drill.
The pups are at the stage where fun is the name of the game. They love the play and they love perfecting their skills.

Here is the gallery of upstairs and outside play.
The pups had fun in the upstairs hall today and outside. We even had our son come by and visit. It is such a glorious day and all the pups seemed extra invigorated today.
I did a couple of videos with taking a video of each puppy. Forget who I did but think it was Ella and Willows pups. Will do the rest another day. I have so little time in the day that it is hard to click 17 individual photos but I will try. I think a video may be easier.

Puppies usually want to go out at this time but Dennis is making dinner. I am blogging and they are fast asleep. That's okay. They can go out and play later on. Maybe Dennis will take out the 17 while I groom. I am hopeful!
They are really fun in play. They play - they fall deep asleep that even something dropping doesn't wake them up. After 2 sessions like this - well they are extra tired. That's okay.
Before they slept, they fed off of moms and the littlest Ella pup had her face up against the xpen saying Willow time. She has figured out Willow has the most milk. What a smartie pants she is!
Friday, September 9, 2022 at 2:24PM Darlah The Willow crew had a bath today and they were funny with the bubbles. It was so cute.They did really well.
They also had an adventure last night being without their mom. They were good. Now poor Willow was bursting with milk come to feeding time this morning. Her body will adjust. Today she fed 2 littlest of Ellas and it helped her empty out. It worked out well.

Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 3:13PM Darlah The apricot sables in this crew has to be very intelligent. They figure out things quickly and they appear to be higfhly curious. I find that fascinating.
Last night Dennis put Willow and Spirit pups together. Soon we will add the Ella crew, I imagine.
It's a learning experience on who is feeding whom. Going to be interesting.
Monday, September 5, 2022 at 1:13PM Darlah Hey mom - where's the milk? Those little ones are trying to take my spot. LOL This is the Willow gal and she is a massive snuggler.
So far Willow pups are much like Willow. You do not see the potential till closer to 8 weeks but they are confident, gentle souls. They are extra gentle with the Ella crew. I am always watching and it brought a smile to my face today.

They adore the cooler air - me not so much. Midstream being out there with them I got my bathrobe on. Now that is funny. I think I need a new extra soft one as this one is on the verge of falling apart but after I took it off, the dogs rubbed themselves in it. Maybe they are claiming me. LOL
