1 Day Shy of 7 Weeks

We are eating hard food now without issues. We are climbing, jumping and running. By the time you see us you will go oh my.... as they are changing. 

They had special treats today. They are napping as I type and then they eill have a play session just before bed. They are usually making it till morning now. I know because I watch them off and on all night on my ipad and have the voice on.

They are growing up.

6 Weeks and 5 Days Old

Here is today's gallery.  We are 2 days away from 7 weeks. When we turn 8 weeks we are going to try outdoors as long as its not rainy and wet. We will see how long we will last then. We are doing pretty good on solid, unsoftened food now. 

We are about to go back upstairs to play. What a fun life!

Adele and her brother Bentley. Bentley is still a multide of colours.

It seems her brother Bentley had the heavier face mask. Bentley has retained more colour than Adele though Adele goes light and dark throughout the year. Her son Oliver retains his coat colour and River is a dark apricot with many shades. 

Posting as many asked me what she looked like as a pup. These are only the few that I could find quickly without hunting my old hard drives.

All That Play

In a few days we will be 7 weeks too. It's a crazy process. It feels like the pups take a long time to get to 10 weeks when you are waiting for them and it seems to go by too fast for us.

We now all have a ton of teeth and we are no longer eating soft food. We are eating hard kibble now for the last few days. We are doing well on it. We hardly eat starter mousse and only have it as a treat. We are making the leap to being older.

There are not too many photos as I had lots of grooming to do for others today. But I managed to have fun with them. Nathan joined them in their xpn and Dennis played like crazy with them several times already upstairs.

6 Weeks 3 Days Old

Pups are really enjoying the wide space upstairs to play. They are running hopping and having a blast. They even chased Nathan today and there were always those that went nah... not now. Some though consistently chased him when he ran. He makes it so much fun. You will have to see it in the video.

Pups play and play and then they crash. The more you play, the longer they sleep.

6 Weeks 2 Days Old

Hmm why is my bum wet? Seems I sat in the water dish and then I got squished. heh

Lately we play and have a blast and then we cry to go back into our xpen when we are tired. I think we like the comfort of our xpen. Let's see if that remains or changes.

6 Weeks 1 Day Old

They have started to really get into their wrestling games. The interaction is so fluid as if they are all siblings.

They are lasting longer with their out of xpen play. We always take them out when they are quiet to give them the idea that quiet gest them fun things. There is always a method to our madness.

6 Weeks Old

We are finally 6 weeks old. We get to hang out with Tenshi, Amy and Thyme. See the gallery.

We are in the get acquainted stage. It's sort of - who the hey are you for all. Good that they are not afraid... just not sure why someone extra is playing and laying on the stuff they usually use. heh

Sorry for a short blog. A couch is calling me. Hope tomorrow is better.

5 Weeks and 6 Days Old

Pups have been playing quite a bit today. I look forward to them being 8 plus weeks so we can get them outdoors. As long as the weather is not too cold we will be attempting to do that daily starting at 8 weeks.

Still trying to get them to exclusively eat kibble. They always do eventually but not yet and moms are indeed weaning them. They still feed them in the morning and before bed.

I am so trying but typing too much hurts my wrists.

5 Weeks 5 Days Visit

We lasted longer than expected. This one I think was the first to just fall asleep or attempt to. Here are all my photos I clicked. No time to remove ones that are blurry so forgive me.
