Willow Vet Check

We did have I think most whelp with the microchip. The microchip is like a grain of rice but big enough to hurt going in. I am hoping they won't be sore but we shall see. I won't know till late tonight or tomorrow but usuallu when that happens it takes 24 to 48 hours max to go.

All are healthy little ones.

Here is the gallery. Even the gallery is in the order of the bath photos. I apologize for any blurry photos. It's been a very long week.

Here are the weights in order of the 8 week bath photos you can see here.

Brindle boy 3lb even

Quiet Bridle Boy 4lb 2oz

Brindle and white full mask 3lb 14oz

Chocolate Girl 3lb 8oz

Brindle and White half Masked 3lb 12oz

Not much size differences - pretty consistent

Last Day Morning Visit

It was a little warm this morning but not terribly. The pups were raring to go and had fun.

Here is the gallery.

I am working on the videos. In all my rush to the pool, I thought I had uploaded but now I have quite a few. LOL

4th Day Last Play Session

The sun went down and we actually got some solid time with the pups. It is still hot out. But puppies are getting better at this heat.

Here is the gallery.

I had some corrupted videos and going to have Dennis try to recover them but usually I am good at it. Not sure why some worked anmd others did not so I used nathan's till I figure it out. Quite irritated about it.

Tomorrow we have 3 visits again and Monday the vet visit. Come Monday night, Nathan promised me Tomo and a gin and tonic. LOL Seeing I don't get naps.... hahaha

As soon as Nathan gets everyone's picks, he does a spreadsheet and figures it out with my input. I watch the videos to also see who connected with whom and factor in their personality and your lifestyle, we figure it out.

I then have bags to get ready, paperwork to get done and all sorts of fun stuff.

Now I am going to work on the videos and hope no more issues. Between this and having network issues, it has been challenging.

Evening Visit 3rd Night

This was the 3rd night and still that heat is wrecking havoc. Pups did a bit better in activity but I think I was hot too. LOL We all need to do this in the pool.

Although this is Willow's blog, it has been brought up enough that Tsunami is actually a much quieter dog now. He is still the 1st to learn everything and as smart as a whip but no longer over the top in energy.

Pups were bothered by high heat but not terribly tonight.

Here is the gallery.

I am working on the videos now and may crash. LOL

Till tomorrow....

2nd Day Eve Visit Plus Vet News

The pups were fun tonight. They played their hearts out and the humans had fun with them too.

Here is the gallery.

Hard to select your top 3, I imagine. I feel for you. But you are going to love them immensely. This is a grand crew!

The vet is now scheduled for Monday at 2pm. So vet shots etc will take place on Monday. Pups won't be sore or stressed due to shots and microchips making your visits fun without puppy stress.

Be sure to check out the videos. I am uploading them - multi-tasking as I type.

Tomorrow brings 3 visits so all 3 updates may be late. We shall see.

Tonight You Say

Tonight we have vistors. We will have more people to enjoy. Maybe it will be cooled down by then.

Here is the before the visit gallery.

We played and have been out 3 times today. Our next will be the 4th and last play session. After all the visits - next week - perhaps pool time.

Now This is a Day

You were expecting vet visits. We were too.

We waited and waited and finally got a call. We were set up.

So blogs will be short as I expected to just do vet visits on each blog.

But life happens and you have no control over it. Our vet got kicked in the ribs by a horse just before us. It was an emergency call too. I do not have the details but our vet was headed to the doctors in serious pain. She so tried to come despite the pain. We understand this. You can't control life.

She will be coming with help with a vet on Thursday. The vet is her husband. But she is coming at 10am on Thursday and trying to finish before 11am visit. I think we should put it off til 1130 but Nathan thinks we can do it. So does our vet. It is going to be some marathon.

Now issue with all of this is we planned it today in case they were sore from the shots and microchip insertion. It means they are going to be a bit shell shocked before the Thursday visits. They also may be sore for the Friday visit. Best made plans they say.

I am trying to get her to delay till Monday for her sake, the pup sake and well for your visits. Stay tuned.

8 Week Bath Photos

Brindle Boy

He is the widest and quietest. He loves to eat. Brindle Boy

Brindle and Cream Boy

Chocolate Gal. She gave Nathan the look. LOL

Brindle and Cream Boy 2

The pups were wonderful in the bath despite the look that the choco gal gave to Nathan. You see he was having trouble with the camera and she was not impressed waiting so long.

Here is the gallery.

Pups slept for a couple of hours and then headed outside to have fun. I watched them as they played. You can check out the videos and here is the gallery of their play. If you check out this gallery, you can see how expressive they have become.

I am so tired but they were all truly great puppies. Usually you have someone that hates the bath or the blow dryer and needs more conditioning. They were grand to bathe despite that it just took way too long.

Pups today ran outside by themselves and inside by themselves. It was a riot. It was just Dennis and I and nathan was in for his nap.

Chilling

As you will notice some do not want to be on their back and others just say rub my belly. Snuggling is my best experience with them. They are such loves.

Washing 15 tomorrow? Oh boy...

I think I will need the nap. Nathan was talking about how many nails. Do the math. Still, washing, blow drying, doing pads, clip around bum and holding for photos is a lot of work but then they are snuggable even more so. LOL

Be sure to check out the videos.

Hmm

Can you tell the difference between the 2 brindle boys? It will be easier when I bathe the pups and do individual shots.

Bring cameras so you can take photos of the ones that connect with you. This way you can send us your 1st three choices with photos and why they are your fave.
