It was nail cutting time and looking at this face she was none too pleased but really no one really complained. They just wanted to play. A moment captured.

It's about to rain and it did this morning. We just got the opportunity to get out there between the inclement weather.
These pups have now totally merged into one.
Tomorrow we are going to sleep upstairs without our moms. Darlah will have the ipad on checking and listening but it is time. It would have been tonight but Dennis is tired and doesn't have it in him to do a setip tonight. So - tomorrow!

Not sure how to explain this gal but if you have been watching her she is mighty agile and has been. She has a personality that literally makes you laugh and laugh and sometimes she thinks she is all that. She was the one playing too rough with Spirit's little one but she has stopped. She has learned that this one does not like to play like that. It tells me she listens and she is smart.
This whole crew is mighty agile. They each have a very full personality.
Short blogs today as it is nathan's birthday and we have to pick up the slack, don't you know but he still insists on helping with some stuff.
The pups are getting interesting now. You can see their personalities. They make me laugh and oh boy since day one they come running for the sherpa bag. They love going outside. As soon as it rains, we will try them in another room here.

Spirit won't feed all the pups. They have teeth but Spirit will. It's a riot.
It's getting warmer so we had the pups outside again. One of Sage's still plays too rough with the littlest Spirit but she has been simply walking away. Eventually they learn to communicate effectively. Sounds like they are already starting to get there. This is the norm. Nothing wrong with either pup. There is simply a size difference. Plus the littlest is a curious gal and the Sage pup likes to play but has lots of teeth so she needs to learn soft mouth. This is why Sage thought hmmm maybe wean them now?
They are too young and this is how they learn soft mouth as mom corrects them. Sage is a good mom.

The crew is altogether in the same xpen now. They are doing well. No fussing just more work to get them on each mom.
Short blogs today as I am not feeling well. Sorry.
Sage thinks it is weaning time but they are too young. Silly Sage. They tried and tried upstairs to feed but she was growling a correction at them saying the milk bar is closed. She did feed them downstairs.
She can't wean them till they are eating food well enough and drinking water sufficiently.
Here is the gallery from 1st time upstairs with both litters.
I assume you can tell the difference now between each litter.
As we are out this afternoon, I am trying to get the blogs done early.
This crew cis a growing concern being 1 week ahead of teh younger Spirit crew. They are also mighty agile climbing up ramps, trying for the stairs etc

The rain didn't bother the pups but we felt they needed to have that experience. Rain was light but enough to be noticable.

When we clean the pens a couple of times a day, the pups wait the cleaning process outside of the pen and they are fine with it. Sage's pups are more mobile than Spirit's as they are a week older.
As we do this, it gives them yet another space to be exposed to.
The pups now all have teeth. They are coming in fast and Furious.
