How Did We Do?

Momma Roxie was downstairs without her pups helping out Panda while Roxie's pups were upstairs. They actually were fine. Though we dewormed them and everything went loose - normal unfortunately. It's a pain to deworm as they always go loose so you have a lot of cleanup while it goes through their system. We do this 3 times before they go home.

I am going to add some video taken the last couple of days later on. I am still washing and cutting dogs to go home.

It is still busy. More later....

Upstairs Without Mom

This is going to be strange. Roxie has to stay downstairs to help Panda but tonight her pups are upstairs without her for the first time. We will let you know how they do in the morning. They were totally excited to be up there.

So Interesting

Roxie says oh my gad they have teeth! Poor momma. Think she prefers feeding Pandas.

This crew is getting to be a TON of fun. They now regularly go upstairs, outside. They played with Jeannie's Abby. They love people. Such great pups.

Inside, outside they manage to have fun and each has a unique personality. It is so interesting to see them interact.

This one wags his tail a mile a minute when he sees you.

As usual Logie is amazing with the pups. He always is so fascinated with them.

You know how Jeannie's pups didn't rough house till later on? Well this crew is full out rolling around and playing their hearts out. How old are they now? They are almost 5 and a half weeks old. Wow. How did that happen. I keep thinking they are just 4 weeks old. hehe Maybe it is wisful thinking as it gives me more time with them.

The pups are now catching some serious zzzs after playing hard outside - Abby included! Abby seems to be gentle enough to pplay with this crew but can hold her own or get out of the way with the older ones. Nice!

Sandy Enjoying Rox's Pups

Well we have a busy night and had a busy day. Tomorrow Patches goes home and then I will get video done.

Pups were out a LOT today. They were outside, inside and had a blast. They even played with the Jeannie pups.

Here's a gallery so you feel you are still connected in these busy times. Tomorrow videos.

Visitors Plus Stuff

The pups were out on the deck and did really well. It was their first time. They also had a visit with Alene. She thought the Jeannie pups were small till she saw the Roxie pups. That is what a month does in teh growth department.

Jeannie is still feeding her pups just less. On Saturday these pups will go upstairs without mom but Roxie may have to stay downstairs to help Panda. We are still trying to figure it out.

We are extra busy as we had a lot of baths that came in and pups that are going home.

So, will try to get a gallery and a video up tomorrow.

Update

Going to be very short. I have a lot going on. Roxie's pups are now booked for November 7th for their shots. hmm maybe I counted wrong. Have to check that date tomorrow. hahahaha

Left my brain somewhere. Tomorrow is a new day.

Roxie's pups are great. They are mostly eating food and formula till Panda can resume feeding her pups.

Short Update

Roxie had a bath today and I am not feeling so hot so no photos, no videos but I will tell you that the crew is starting to get teeth. They also like the coolness of the floor.

Such Fun

Roxie sure knows how to have fun. Now that the pups are getting older she is footloose and fancy free to a point. The pups are now eating 5 to 6 hours apart. On Saturday they will head upstairs to go all night without mom. Jeannie's pup Abby will head up to bed with us. Life will change for this crew.

They are eating really, really well with no tummy upsets. They do like the mousse better than the Fromms but we will make the leap as we did with the Jeannie pups.

Here is a gallery of their visit yesterday.

We also had 2 sets of pups together. Here is a video of that. There is such a huge difference in age but we wanted to see how they interacted. As soon as Jeannies thought they could handle some rougher play we separated them but they did start out gentle. It was interesting. It was a test to see how the younger ones dealt with the older ones and if the older ones would compensate in their play. They both did great initially in what I call the honeymoon stage.

I am not sure if you can see it but this crew is very agile. They are already running.

Short Update Tonight

Had company so I will play catchup with a gallery tomorrow. Play bow, anyone want to play? I do!

Donna was surprised at 4 weeks just how social these pups are with waggy tails and all!

Can I taste your sock? They do not have teeth yet so no teething on that foot!

Donna meeting the pups...

It was a great visit and we thank her for sharing her time with the pups. I will tell you that each time they meet people the more conditioned they get and it shows. I was proud that at 4 weeks with only a few times out of the xpen they embraced strangers like they did.

Yeah, I am a proud momma!

Gallery coming tomorrow.

First Solid Food

Check out the video of them eating. Then check out the gallery of photos. They are doing rather good for just 4 weeks. They are perfecting their moves on the tile. They are eating - maybe too much today. They dig in as if it was their only meal. We will see how their bowels handle it. Usually its a slow transition and they eat just a tiny bit and increase as days go on. Not these pups. They dug in and ate and ate.

They even are running to see me - wow. They are turning into fun pups. Nathan says look at how they run to you. I said yeah as I spend the most time with them.
