No News

No news is good news. I have not heard from the vet and do not expect to hear till tomorrow unless she goes into labour. It's hard but we are staying positive. We have seen some positive strides.

Plus the vet knows we will want to know if there are any changes.

Figure an interrupted sleep tonight. Life...

As you so well said, no news is good news. I have to ask, is a vet or tech staying with Adele tonight ? Somehow, I can't bear the thought of her being alone at night. Sorry, but that's how I feel. Really praying that all goes well.

Yes, someone is sleeping there and checking in on her. I am not doing well either with her being there but given the situation, I think she needs to be there. Hoping I get good news tomorrow. I am just thankful that Adele due to the shows and traveling in the car is comfortable in a crate. But she's not off my mind. It seems to permeate my being at the moment.

I am sure everything will be ok. I have been out all day and couldn't stop thinking about Adele and all of you. Sounds like things are somewhat better today But she has been through a lot. Hang in there. My thoughts are with all of you

Thanks for this news Darlah. I didn't think she would be left alone at night but I had to ask. I really feel for you guys. Hope it all goes well but it sounds more positive now. Sleep well, if you can.

Anne: It would take knockout pills to sleep well. :-(

Thank you for keeping us posted, we are thinking of her, and all the Talemaker family and know all will be well!

Thank you for the updates. Adele is in the best place for her when whelping begins as they can respond quickly to her if needed. I had to leave one of my dogs at the Vet hospital years ago, it is not an experience I liked but was a necessary one.
Continuing to pray for a positive outcome and an easy natural birth even with the big pup. Thinking of you all.

Hi All, I am getting a little nervous about Adele. Has anyone heard anything?? Don't want to bother Darlah.

November 7, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterRonnie

I am worried too Ronnie. I keep looking but nothing. I would suspect Darlah is at the vet.

Same here, hope all is well.

Same with us too.
Poor Adele. I hope Darlah got some sleep.
