Mother's & Daughters

Miss Abigail heard that her daughter had her first zip, zip hairdo at the spa.

So, I took Abigail up in my lap and showed her the photos and she barked at it.

I had to laugh as Abigail doesn't bark but something about her visual on a screen made her.

Thanks goes to those that sent puppy cuts. I will be using them. I appreciate it!!

This way it will help others when figuring out what they want.

So, are you curious on what Breeze looks like?

Here she is. Do you think she looks like her mom above? Do you like her new clip?

Of course you can never see Abigail's eyes. They are beautiful but she loves rubbing her head and not allowing you that fresh washed photo but that's just her and that's quite okay.

Breeze looks adorable!

That is so amazing and sweet that Abigail barked at Breeze, her daughter who looks so much like her. We have seen those eyes of hers and Breeze has those eyes too, I call them "angel eyes" as they are just so dark, almond shaped, and have such a sweet expression at all times! We loved Abigail from the first time we met her and we think Breeze takes after her mom and Chinook is so much like his dad Kat. A great combination!

We love her new clip and we think she does too. Our grooming took no time at all tonight, good for them and me..:)

Before I send the pictures she just had a good drink of water so realized her whiskers were wet, but oh well that is what our dawgs do! Thanks Karen for your comment! As I said last night we look forward to hearing and seeing Sophie's life with you, her forever family. Darlah made a comment on her post that you live farther away, can I ask where? Anywhere near London? Probably not, but thought I would ask.

We hope you are all enjoying the sunshine, we just wish it would warm up!

Hi Shelley,

No, unfortunately I don't live near London. I actually live in Connecticut.....520 miles from Toronto. I am originally from PEI so I am glad to be bringing home a little Canadian. I hope I can find a groomer here who will do as good of a job as yours did with Breeze.

Breeze looks beautiful ! What did Chinook think of new hair cut ? Kathy

Karen, you definitely live quite a distance away! How great you get to adopt a beautiful little Canadian gal. It sounds like Sophie is going to have a fun loving time in Connecticut. I will be watching for updates on your drive home and hope you will send pictures and updates as she grows!

Kathy, thanks for your comments on our "beautiful" Breeze. Chinook was just happy to see her when she got home as she was him, he give her a good sniff to see where she had been and I think he could tell she had been at the spa..haha! Of course then within the first 1/2 hour they were into wrestling and he loves to tug on her ears, but now he doesn't have her ponytail to chew on!
Are you the Kathy who is going to be Kona's mom? If so he is so adorable, he looks like a fun little guy too. Also would love to hear about your adventures together.

We need a Talemaker's puppy owners blog!

Talemaker's puppy owners Blog - hehehe that can be arranged. :-)

Great haircut for Breeze! Finnegan (Breeze's sister) is our 'Grand-dog' and she just had a haircut too. They look a lot alike, although Breeze has more colour in her ears. I often read the blogs and enjoy keeping up with her litter mates!

I would LOVE to see photos of Finnegan. HINT. Finnegan I remember as having a great deal of spunk and spirit. I rather like that!

'Princess Finnegan' is staying with us next week while her Mommy and Daddy are away. I'll take some pics to send to you. Yes, she is full of spunk, loves attention and gets lots of it.
