Daisy Fun

Daisy comes to visit every now and then and I must admit I ADORE her.

She's not one of ours but she is Katsura's sister's daughter. Are you following that?

She adores the pups and all the rest of the dogs. She also  is what I term as a party dog. She just loves to be the center of attention.

If everyone is just laying around she riles things up to get them really playing.

Tonight she got  a bath and soon she goes home and will be sorely missed.

Here Nathan is holding her like we do the puppies after a bath and laughing hysterical.

Daisy face says it all....

So many changes this week...

Just now we also had a visit from Simba's family who came to pick up Simba and the kids played with the pups. I got wonderful photos that I will share tomorrow.

More opportunities to socialize the pups.... nice.

Laci is a little tuckered out from her morning. Seeing these dogs run on the pool cover reminded me of our fun times! She's come a long way from yesterday, being a little hesitent in the yard. Today, we ran around the pool and walked around the pool - many times - altho she has not yet gone on our cover. We played fetch w/ balls big and small and she actually returns them to me. She luvs the yard so much that she is constantly at the back door either pawing the window to go out or nose to the bells. I finally left the door open so she could go in and out while I watched. So as they say, tired dog, happy dog - she's napping right now.

It's nice to see this photo of Nathan and Daisy. We don't get to see either of you enuf.

Daisy's expression as she looks at Nathan is priceless ...it's like she is saying "why are you holding me like this? Is something wrong?!! " LOL

I love Daisy - truly do. She's a gal after my own heart. She has such priceless expressions as you can see in this photo.

Debi:
When I read your mail and heard she is actually retrieving now - wow - good one!!!! Now that should tucker her out.

Laci is tuckered out and sleeping now . . . hesitent about that . . . but in any event plan on having her up around 9:30, if still sleeping and have her play for a while, out for duties and back to bed around 10 or so. We shall see how that goes. It does make sense, especially if it worked for you.

Darlah - Re Laci and Retrieving - she has brought valuable use to my Pilates machine. I thro the ball and she runs and gets it and then likes to jump onto the pilates seat - stand - turn around and bring the ball to me. Now, what better use of exercise equipment is that?! How genious!
By the way, Laci is now awake - playing w/ Daddy and will go outside, and we'll see how the night goes . . . ???
PS- squash balls are a perfect size for these little ones right now. They can hold them in their mouths easily.

That is cute - take a photo... I want to see what you mean by the balls!
