Water Day in a Big Way
We had Steven and My, Suzie and Helen over this weekend to name just a few and Ringo just departed with his Mommy! I have to tell you that we had dawg heaven here but oh boy when you do you have to brush after. Here are a few photos taken today. I have a ton more but maybe with the rain coming I will create a gallery over the next couple of days. I still have the class gallery to complete, the last days of the Fiona pups and now this. This was a ton of fun. Each enjoyed themselves silly but Jazzy was over the top crazy with fun. I have never quite seen him like this. He was so excited he couldn't contain himself running, jumping, rolling and playing for a ton of time.
Yes, we all swam and now everyone has departed and we are waiting for the thundershowers to hit. It's still hot so maybe us humans will go in without the dogs.
But before I do that I want to share the Jazzy series only cause he just made us laugh and laugh as he was silly fun filled with this swimming business.
Yes, Brie and Colby was running around like banshees but they kept running wherever I was so I got the tail, the back end. It happens. They all had fun humans too but now I am exhausted and wanting to get my last swim in.
I will tell you every dog, every human had a blast and that's how it should be! My arm from grooming - well....

So nice to see all the swimming action at Talemakers. Dima actually did same as Jazzy today, after swimming, ran around, jumping up and down, shaking his head and body with excitement and then took over the lounge chair for couple of hours of napping :-)
Hard for me to imagine. Rebekka doesn't even like to get her feet wet in the grass !!!
Tanya: hahahahahahahaha Looks like you are coming home just in time for rain and more rain. Sounds like Dima is becoming more like Jazzy than any of us imagined. :-)
Maureen: Shoshi didn't either. It took year of putting her in the center of the wet grass to get her over it. She also swims these days. Never say never. :-)
I love to see Brie and Colby swimming. Looks like they both enjoy it. Would love to watch them do it in person sometime. So cute.
What a ball of fire that Jazzy! Great pictures of the dogs swimming. They seem to all be having a great time.
I can just imagine the laughter and fun with the dogs having such a blast! Great pictures! Jazzy's pics made me laugh and I love, love, love the one of Risa serenading.......it looks like she's on stage!! ROFL
Tre wishes he has a big pool ( and so do I).. but we had a great time this long weekend, helping with the yardwork.. Tre and Kiz are my 4 legged trimmers.. out for a bbq at a friends cabin where he played with many people and a couple of dogs and finally running around a friends acreage. Darlah I feel a little of your pain as it took me almost 3 hours to comb every knot, leaf, twig, and those darn sticky poplar seeds out of his coat. Tre was so tired he slept through it all. Somehow Kiz always manages to shake it off with no knots and even Cali was pretty clean.. must be a little boy thing..
Jane: Brie rather enjoyed it. She wanted to go in and in and in. Colby was a tad frantic so his swimming wasn't as strong but he managed to muster a good paddle and relax as Nathan took him in quite a few times so he would help him have a positive swim. Once they have the confidence they can do it they relax and the swimming becomes stronger each time. He was determined to get him swimming and relaxed and he managed it. Wish I could show you on Thursday but Nathan is away all day and then that would mean I would have to bathe them again. ROFL We will have to do it on a warm day later on and then you can see the Abigail pups too.
Gerda: We have those poplar seeds too. Hate them. Yes yesterday I groomed and groomed and groomed. But I love having them in the pool. So, I guess it is worth it.
Irma: Jazzy is in love with Roxie in a big way - but he found Pepper mighty interesting...men - I tell ya!
Anne: Hoping it is warm when Cooper comes so we can get him in the pool.
