Pacing Oneself

Yeah there are eyes somewhere. Brewer had a bath. Tomorrow Logan, next day Panda - we shall see how that goes.

I look around and say who is THAT! What I mean is gee you look like a total mess. I am playing catch-up. My mind says you are ready to just blitz the crew and reality sets in and says I don't think so. Leti looks like an absolute mess. Let's not even talk about Adele who I did brush out. Everyone needs baths but I will do 1 here and there and get it done. This is life and life happens. I am not invincible after all. :-(

Leti got her rabies shot. She missed class last week as we were not up to it. Leti is now 6lbs 8 ounces.

I am still getting used to the shorn look of Trigger and Levon - more Trigger as its the first time. I like longer hair - that's just me but this is just too bloody easy so I get it! I also look at this face and go he's such a pretty boy he can pull it off. He's cute. He has such perfect markings - well they both look like little lambs - black and white lambs.

Kona's hair is at the length that it is easy care too. He has silvery brown with copper all mixed in. He is such a pretty boy. He stood and waited for his grooming and when I forgot to treat him he reminded me. hehehe The doorbell rang and I was distracted but he wasn't. Lady, are you losing your mind?

Well, that's it for today. Time for my nap. Yes, a nap as that is how I am getting well.

I'm still getting used to it too! It's quite a bit shorter than it was *supposed* to be (I said take half the length - now look at Cali - definitely more than half!). That being said, Trigger looks like a stuffed animal - I can't get over how cute he is. I want to pick him up and squeeze him every time I see him. lol. They look even more alike with their short cuts. I had to tell my Mom, who couldn't tell them a part, Trigger has a white face and butt and Levon has a black face and butt. LOL.

Love Leti's photo! Very cute.

Trigger has such perfect markings and when it is shorter you do notice it more. I can easily tell the 2 apart but you are right - opposite colours in butt and face. :-) Levon is handsome - Trigger is pretty. hahahahahahaha

I had the same realization about the symmetry in his face once he was cut short. He is pretty. Lol.

Was Levon okay today? I mentioned to Nathan that he wasn't quite himself yesterday. Lots of sleeping, little eating. I think he was just tired.

Black and white where ever is still very cute Shannon. They are a great pair.

Love my Kona. I sure hope he is being a good boy.

Kona sure is a good looking boy.I find he has very refined features. I noticed that he doesn't seem to always have a top knot. Must be nice to not have to have a top knot all the time. We would never get to see Cooper's eyes if I didn't do a top knot every day :-) Can't wait for Cooper and Kona to play together in a few weeks.

Levon and Trigger are so cute together. They suit their new hairdos!

Levon was playing his heart out so maybe just needed extra rest. He is more than fine.

Kathy: I really like the way that Kona has matured. He is more than just a good boy. He's outstanding - truly. He is having a great time and loves the back of the recliner and your neck for tv watching.

Anne: No top knot would mean cutting it short above the eyebrows. Its a different look but achievable. I may try it on Shoshi. She never keeps an elastic in. The thing about head hair is it takes a LONG time to grow back. It's the slowest part of the body. Yvonne took care of Risa a couple of years back and she got knotted on her top knot and when she came back she had hardly any hair and she still doesn't. So once you thin out or cut its a slow boat to wherever.

Thanks for the info Darlah, good to know just in case. Doing his top knot has become our morning ritual and I quite enjoy it...plus the Coop gets 2 Cherrios each time LOL!

I should add that I still can't do the top knot like you do...one day you will have to show me :-) I tried and it takes me forever and I can't make it tight enough so it comes apart (I'm referring to the double knot?)

Anne: Although I rarely use it, I have a tool that makes it perfect. Remind me when I see you. It's yours.
