More Points and Specialty Update

Adele got Best of Opposites, Muntuno winners dog. This was big as this is perceived as a pro handler judge. But she is a nice dog and its nice that the judges aren't ignoring that fact. Muntuno is equally stunning just a different type.

So, I am glad that Nathan isn't doing a show and getting too frustrated with the politics. Phantom did not show this morning. Paula decided sleep was needed. She will show him this afternoon.

We have a quiet day today. We have no visitors in or out. I am getting nagged as there is no food in the house. Oh, no food that you want, Jon and Dennis? I guess it will be takeout tonight. Nathan has the van so I am not taking a taxi to the store and one home as they can't be creative. How's that?

Now to find a Petsmart in Sudbury as Nathan has to get some Starter Mousse to bring home. The pups are eating HUGE amounts now. Output is similar. (sigh) Didn't I start your day thinking about such a lovely shot?

Adele did nothing in the Specialty. Tangles who we co-own (Leigh showed her as she now lives with her) beat her. Phantom won the specialty. Muntuno won best puppy in the specialty. So the judge picked all Phantom pups with the exception of Adele. He gave her an excellent critique though. Adele showed well was just way too tired but won in the morning. Lots of showing for a puppy. Lucia is so thrilled it was a high just talking to her. I was so excited to hear her enthusiasm. I heard she got a show photo with all her ribbons and the things she won with Muntuno, Lucia and her husband. Maybe you will see it in the next magazine.

Wonderful news for all! I saw a picture on Facebook of all the Havanese winners (Paula, Tracy, Nathan, Lucia and a few others). Looks like the Havs did great at the show! Congratulations!

Muntuno looks so big, but I think it's mostly hair! lol.

It is mostly hair. He's got as much hair as Truffie does when Truffie isn't thinned out.

Majjor congrats to all, good job!!

The Truffster has a pretty awesome coat. I'd love to see a photo of Muntuno in full blown out glory. I think I'm especially curious because Trigger was the other boy in that litter.

Shannon: If Trigger was full coated I have no doubt he would have a thick coat. It's why you cut it no? It made it easier?

It sounds like it was a successful show for all. All the hard work was worth it.

I'm sure it would be big - but we'll never know! LOL. You're right, I can't manage a big coat. I was just curious what it would look like, given the relation.

What a fantastic day for Talemaker. It only goes to show the quality of the breeding that Nathan and Darlah does. Congrats
