Pulled Lower Back

This is a no grooming day or a Nathan grooming day. Going to try muscle relaxants and see if that will help. Had a great snuggle with the dogs but getting off the couch was some experience. Hoping tomorrow is a better day. No photos - sorry.

Darlah, remember rest, ice/heat whatever feels better, Robax is useful if you want muscle relaxation, epsom salt bath, and gentle range of motion stretching to prevent stiffening up. Avoid aggravating activities.

Lori: Getting into bed, out of bed, into seat, out of seat is not fun. I am not sleeping as it hurts and wakes me up. I tend to be a fitful sleeper. Standing straight with no decline or incline is okay. So if Nathan can pick up a dog I can groom. Nathan said I will do Cooper. I looked at him and said you can pick him up for me dear. He does need to learn but on our dogs. He is learning what knot free is. He has been doing Gidget but she is here for a bit and her hair is short.

Am using ice and tylenol 3s - tylenol 1st not cutting it. using Aleve as well. Still feel sharp pains when I want to get out of a seat or into one and I mean sharp - ouch make me cry ones. Hoping this goes soon. I think I will not do so many situps for awhile. Couldn't exercise if my life depended on it. I have pups to wash to go home - yikes and photos to do. So hoping tomorrow I am better. Baths start in tomorrow. Many going home over the next few days.
