It's Wet
We had a perfect morning. We did walks. We played and then it rained and when it was still wet we played despite looking a mess after the play. Oh well, tomorrow we groom again. Remind me why I washed a few dogs. Oh, and those moccasins (Nathan's fave from LL Bean) are falling apart. He LOVES them. New ones coming soon.
Now to figure out that pool shack door as that is well beyond repair. I am studying how to hang a door and how to figure out how to cut out for the door knob etc. It's my summer - must get done job as we don't want raccoons. I am reminded every time I take a photo in that direction. In my new life I am going to be an expert in repairs. ROFL I can build a computer but repair... geez
Here is the gallery from today. Tomorrow I may take my gopro and put it on Inula for the walk. Well, we will try. At least I need to fit it on her (see if she will tolerate it) so I can get an interesting perspective on play and how she sees the world. I am hoping to do similar in the pool with Roxie.
I am looking forward to the pool. I best get raking and cleaning %^$# poplars from the garden before they are trees. Each year we get them as someone two houses over took theirs down. I hate poplars. They grow fast all over and are hard to eliminate. Oh well, that is why I have guys in the house. Me, well I must weed. Still plan to reduce the garden. We shall see if that is a dream or reality this year. I need to reduce my workload.
I think about all ground cover only with a bubbling water pot and the Japanese Maple - nothing else so the dogs have a low maintenance area they can hang out in. Doubtful it will become a reality but hey I think about it. Then it will be the pool, swimming, dogs and it will fade.

Love love love!!!
So enjoy seeing all the dogs enjoying each other and the outside. Can't wait to see the gopro on both Inula and Roxie in the pool - will be interesting to see how it turns out.
(Kudos to you, Darlah, for taking a door. I'm pretty handy, and after 3 hrs of trying to do it, I called my brother to finish the job - not the easiest handy job. Good luck!)
