Fun and Spaying

Just received a photo of Clarity. She got spayed and she is wearing onesies. Make sure you take it off each day and brush. She looks great in clothes. heh

It's a plane....

Olive gets a bath tomorrow and departs. It's been wonderful having her hang out. DJ also departs. He just arrived - I know. He surely is one of the guys who love all of the girls. :-)

Guess who needs chillin time. Me too!

We had rain again today but it wasn't so bad. Cloudy - yes but nice and cool so we had play and lazing on the deck. It was a good day.

Bauer is on a mission. He was so fascinated with the birds in the yard. The birds not so much. heh

Panda really enjoyed telling Saffron and Olive what to do and what not to do. hahahaha

Cool air - ah its nice but I wonder what human daddy and mom will think when they come get us. They have been lazing in the sun.

Love how they sit on the deck and peruse the yard.

Pepper had a bath (not in this photo) and now she knows its time for all this crazy fun to end.

Colby can't seem to keep his hair in place. It tells me he is having a great time.

Ringo uses the chair to pounce. I have to laugh as he does it every time and they keep making themselves targets. Yes, its a game.

Was going to put up more photos but I have to give another brush out to Scruffy and Pepper so no more tonight. I am actually VERY tired and hungry. Oh well.

Does the onesie mean no cone?

Sherry, I used the onesie instead of a cone for Patches when she was spayed. I washed it every day to keep her incision clean and it worked great.

Wow! So many dogs to keep track of and even remembering all their names - amazing! They are all so delightful! And it sure looks like they are having a great time! Love the photos.

had a "sleeper" on clarity last night and good thing I put the cone on "just in case" as she got out of the sleeper without undoing the snaps and while the cone was on! The onesie seems better, but I just caught her tugging at one of the snaps. She's also trying to get at the incision through the fabric. So, yes, no cone while I'm home and awake, otherwise, I'm using the cone just in case. Also keeps her from being too active when I'm not around to watch her. That's my experience.

I've used a onsie as well and it worked great !
I see from one of the blogs that Abby was swimming in Muskoka the other day. If anyone comes through Bracebridge, please drop into my store, It is called The Corner Cabinet and is located at the bottom of the main street near the big silver bridge. We have lots of dogs visiting the store so bring your furry friends, I would love to meet them !! So far the only one I have met is Cooper.

I can remember dog names before people's names. What does that tell you? heh
