Early Morning and Afternoon Play

Here are some photos that Dennis took first thing this morning. New photos added tonight. I have a dog to do today. We have someone dropping off things to make the baskets for rescue. Thanks goes to Leo's mom for all the great ribbons and items to help make the baskets pretty. I have the rest to comb out and I will be resting with the dogs in case I have to pull an all nighter.

I also want to thank Magic's mom for her donation to rescue. People will love it!

Dogs are having fun. Tiny is visiting for the day and Magic is getting a bath and trim.

Did not sleep that well last night as Adele was panting. Just think she is getting to that uncomfortable stage. Nathan has already moved into the guestroom so both of us aren't pulling all nighters.

UPDATE:

Everyone is now home 'cept Murphy so it's mighty quiet here. Can you imagine. This was tiny and Daisy. I have updated the gallery to include their fun play. You will also see Saffron's dirty face.

Havanese can have masks or they can pick up colour from food and or drink that has minerals in it. I don't mind it either way and find it attractive. Of course its very hard to distinguish from a mask or mineral content on the face. Sun can also fade out coats so you will often see richer colours in winter.

Well, today I got a nap in in case Adele graced us with pups. It is very hard to get a nap in around this place and I may have caught 15 minutes but kept getting woken up. Oh well, better than nothing.

I got to bathe and do a cut on Magic. She gets trimmed up to keep her ends healthy. I am impressed at how well they take care of her hair. They like it long so a comb out daily does it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I know you have so much on your mind with all the puppies on their way but being able to see the girls play (will I be able to still call them puppies?) helps me get through these last few days without her.

That pic of Tuny and Daisy is too cute. The galleries always make me smile. Too many cute pics to even comment on. ... I counted nine dawgies (or parts of dawgies) in one pic!

Love the photo of Tiny and Daisy. It shows so much personality.

OMG Magic has turned into a beautiful princess. I remember her from the
tricks class. Her treats were blueberries. Her family has really worked at
keeping her coat in great shape. She has a thick coat like Cooper's, gorgeous.

Murphy and Saffron are both such play monkeys. It looks like Murphy never
gets tired of playing chase.

Murphy will play fetch as long as I let her. It's amazing how much she loves to run. Will definitely do agility when she's old enough.

Love the picture of Tiny and Daisy... no wonder he fell asleep right away in the car. He was like that with Hugo that day at Woofstock...I wonder if they know that they are brothers.
