Halloween and Therapy
Hi Nathan and Darlah,
Here is a cute pic of Rocco during his pet therapy visit at Bloorview McMillan Kids Rehab Centre.
All the pets dressed up and it was great fun.
You should have seen the smiles on the kids faces!

We are proud of you Rocco. What a nice way to make a Halloween better for kids in need.
Cosmo is visiting us. We haven't seen him in a long time. He came in going oh my gad - are these dogs friendly to going oh yeah they are. Now he is enjoying himself It's wonderful to have him visiting again. He doesn't get much of a chance to socialize with other dogs so a visit like this is so good for him and fun too as a bonus!
Today Bewer was smitten with Roxie but he also had his moments with Leti. Are you a player, Brewski? hahahahaha
Looks like a sedate crew but they waited till I went in. What is it with me and the camera? Or is Dennis and Nathan just more fun? hmmm
Levon and Trigger have been so funny. I sit in the tv room and they compete over who gets my lap and really Levon is not happy if I have Trigger unless he is also on my lap. Got to laugh!
Well tonight we are the grinch of Halloween. We shut off our lights and we do not answer the door. We probably get 1 or 2 kids in years past but its not worth the dogs seeing the costumes. It can be scary for them and then they would bark. So we will hibernate in the tv room and watch tv.
Stay safe everyone and enjoy!

Rocco looks like a very proud 'puppy' I am sure he brings smiles to the faces of children and adults. Who could resist that face.
What sweet pics. Good for you Rocco making the kids feel good today, good boy.
We have decided not to do Halloween anymore after all these years never missing a year. Last year we turned the lights off around 8:00 when the little ones stopped coming. The older teens who came later egged our porch enclosure. This year Ed still gave out candy past 8 til a group of older kids tried to push by him into our porch. Ed blocked them and they threw coffee all over our enclosure. Enough is enough.
The big kids just spoiled it for the little ones, what a shame.
Angela: We shut off the lights and keep the house dark except for our tv room. It's better for the dogs. It sounds like it would be netter for you too. I don't get kids doing such things. Hugs... how terrible!
Thanks Darlah, just mischievous teens but too much for us to put up with now. Thanks for the hugs. The few spoiled it for the little ones. I was inside telling the dogs the yells of 'trick or treat' were nothing to worry about.
Rocco sure is a cutie!
Levon is such a jealous baby. He is always wedging himself between Trigger and me.
