Normalcy

Leti is thrilled to have 1 of her babies here - us too. Elvis is having a great time but he plays so hard I am constantly putting his hair up. heh

Levon and Trigger stopped in and oh my thet are delish fun!

We are back to normal. My friend departed yesterday. She was sick so we just swam a bit and ate well. :-)

Nathan is off on a fishing trip with the guys next week and so far I have 5 gals in heat. Oh boy plus pups. When he gets back I may go out on strike for a day.

The gazebo still needs to be tightened up but its up and being used.

Here is today's gallery. Not much as I am still juggling as I want my dogs clean before Nathan goes away and that means my usual plus those scheduled for others. So, although I said normalcy, I am still late on the blogs. Sorry about that.

Saffron's pups are still sleeping 2 plus hours - sometimes more. They fed at 6pm and they are still sleeping. The larger they get the more they will sleep.

It's past tv time - oh well. Can't watch anything substantial as its too late. But the dogs are sitting with Nathan and he is watching.

We have a 9 year old rescue coming in. As I have my hands full Zoe (the rescue) will go up to Sudbury on Sunday. The dog resides in Toronto. Makes me sad when we get a rescue in but happy when we find them a home.

Darlah when Nathan returns from his trip you need to turn off your phone and enjoy the pups for at least two days.

Great gallery, who is the one in photo #5? Beautiful colours! Five gals in heat, I bet Kat and Truffie are going a little crazy :-)

That is Stone. Yes, its so much fun with 5 gals in heat and 3 litters plus baths. Then add Nathan going away from Thursday to Monday and not sure where the girls in heat are sleeping.... please Inula do not come into heat.

Is it alright to ask who you are breeding of the 5 in heat?

September 10, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterAngela, Patches and Radar

Jeannie and Adele. Jeannie's last, I believe (Paula still wants to breed her again on Caddie) and Adele's 2nd litter. It doesn't mean they will get pregnant. Next heat cycle, Leti and Ella.Next heat cycle is not till early next year.

Oh, how lovely. Jeannie's pups are so delightful, smart and beautiful imho as are all your pups it seems. Talemaker is absolutely the best, honestly it is. Take it from someone who has two and they are our world.

Stone is beautiful, I didn't realize it was him.

And, Stone is Radar's brother Anne. :-)

All that litter seems to be holding their colour. it was a great litter. Just had Alvin here the other day. Love their personalities too. Jeannie also creates great pups. Adele's first and only litter I truly love their personalities and silky hair. if they both get pregnant it should be great winter litters. I won't mind missing the pool. I have great moms. Wasn't sure about Saffron due to size and age. Her pups and Saffron as a mom, so far - very pleased with. Her pups are now sleeping 2.5 plus hours between feedings. I am like a new mom checking always where Saffron simply listens and responds when there is a need. She cuddles and lays in there with them. Some do this 24/7. But I like her method better. You see as soon as she walks into the pen they smell her and then they are after her no matter if it is 10 minutes after a feeding or 2 hours. If she stays out they sleep. Wise Saffron.

Oh, I forgot that Stone and Radar are brothers. That was a beautiful litter, then again, all litters are beautiful. Each is unique in its own way and that was makes it so wonderful.
