Bad Day

Kona goes home tomorrow. I started doing Kona and said not tonight. I will take him shorter tomorrow. As tomorrow is get ready for family and Turkey day, I thought I was up to doing him all today and just wash tomorrow. Who knew what today would bring.

I had a really, really stress filled day. Not my usual but it happens and it hasn't stopped. Each thing I undertake comes with issues so I wish it was tomorrow with less headaches but I am afraid this is it till pup stuff is ready and the other stuff fades.

Dogs are still having fun. Buddy has arrived and although Stormy stood for him he did not connect. Kona sure loves Stormy as you will see in the gallery.

Dogs went nuts - well boys did when Buddy arrived. They know.

Raven is now in heat. Roxie and Jeannie may be too. No, we are not breeding Jeannie and Roxie - just Raven and Stormy. Boys are howling. Girls are whining - okay only Stormy - go figure and I need a stiff drink.

There's more but I am not up to it. Cooking a turkey tomorrow - I must be nuts.

Yes, Magic was here too for a spruce up. I had several others too. Long day...

DARLAH I am so sorry you are stressed. You are the last person anyone should stress out. You are so good natured. Maybe too good. I hope sincerely that you have a better day tomorrow. Supposed to get warmer. Really cold today.

Sorry you had a stressful day Darlah. Next time if your day is going bad, don’t worry about giving Tenshi a bath and groom. Just let me know, don’t feel bad about saying “no”. Hopefully when the pups go home, you will have a little down time for yourself. It would totally stress me out if I hear dogs howling and whining all day long.

That is a very nice photo of Kona, such a good looking boy with such silky hair.

Yes, he has such silky hair. I had already taken a few inches off him in the top photo then took more off of him before he went home. I rather love the Kona and best of all he loves me the best here. Nathan tells everyone all the dogs love him the best but Kona gave me kisses, played with me and snuggled. As you know I like long but Kona looks good either way. He also feels amazing!

Kona’s cut looks very nice and natural. I find he always looks so distinguished. Too bad he will miss out on the turkey. Wishing you all a nice turkey dinner tonight! Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Anne: Hope you all have a great feast. Give the duo a hug from us.

Our dinner is turning out funny. Nathan slept through picking up one of our sons from kiss and ride. Guess eating a bit later means grooming a bit later. Hope this turkey doesn't get well done waiting. LOL Bet you yours is amazing! Mine usually is.

Finally got caught up on the blogs. I love Kona's new hair cut. I liked his hair long, but the puppy cut suits him and will be easier to manage in Florida this winter.
