The picnic date took place on August 17, 2019 from 12pm to 5pm at Yvonne's place in Brighton. Check out the details here. Photos from the 2019 picnic can be found here. Yvonne's place is NEXT DOOR to her old place. I will try to put a havanese flag out front. Hope you can join us. Directions are here. The house # is 25. There is no picnic in 2020 due to COVID but hopefully in 2021. Stay Tuned!

Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid is a recognized National Pet First Aid Certificate course for dog and cat professionals and pet owners. Talemaker Havanese now has that certificate having taken and passed the course.

Hi Debi! So lovely of you to think of us. We have great photos and memories of those days with the puppies. Ossi and our son (now 11!) have grown into beautiful boys and are the best of friends. I was just thinking today that I can't remember the house without Ossi in it. He is a smart, amazing dog who is loved by all who meet him. Laci's birthday is tomorrow if I remember correctly. you always forget one of the litter mates. the brown one that went to be a show dog. i can't remember her name but it may be envy or a housemate of envy. that was how we got shady, you thought there was 5 puppies but you ended up with 6 and we squeaked onto the list. shady woke up this morning lying next to john with his head on john's pillow and lying straight out on his back. it was hilaious
I always forget to include the show dogs well not really but they are not counted in my lists as they went to Paula. It is Envy - called RUNVS and he's a boy not a girl. He's a daddy to some of the pups we have had. We actually co-own him on paper. :-)

Well I need a photo if I am to put up a happy Birthday tomorrow - hint Debi. Think in that litter, was Tre, Kobe, Laci, Ringo - so who did I forget, Alene? hahahahaha
that's right darlah, 4 from the other litter. the dark haired twins, apricot laci and black and white ringo. i remember it all because getting my dogs was honestly almost as exciting as giving birth.... but don't tell them i said that!
Sometimes the mind is not a foggy thing. LOL
