Sibs and Pals
No matter what goes on, Murphy and Saffron are tight as ever. They are sisters through and through. They mutually get excited to see each other and as you can see they body hug too. It's a genuine relationship and its great to see.
As you know all night long I got to sleep with all the dogs by my lonesome. I had 3 pups tucked in close to me. I had Farley between my legs, Mia on my head and the rest up and down my body. I couldn't move. Inula decided the bathroom was easier. heh
I managed to get everyone brushed out early then they proceeded to say nah, nah and messed themselves up royally.
We had fun. I had 10 minutes in the pool in the afternoon when Dennis woke up. The dogs helped me water the plants. I have wonderful green beans and yellow wax beans. I have been eating them raw. Have to save some to cook. heh
The dogs love the new path. They are forever investigating. They seems to be excited about more space for them. I so have to finish it but not now. :-)
Rain tonight - rain tomorrow - rain Sunday - joy - not. But we will still manage to have fun!
PS: 1 year ago Spicy moved to Montreal with Anne, Russell and Cooper. It is hard to believe it has been a year. We are quite pleased with the love they give to this pair!

Funny when you say that you had the dogs between your legs, all over you. We only have two and we struggle (in a good way) to get our space...but Gawd forbid that we would ask Cooper or Spicy to move ...... gotta love it :-)
Anne: It is an experience. It is easier when they have 2 humans to choose from but imagine I am the only focus. It was a riot. I can't say I had the best sleep but I did sleep. heh
Hope you do not mind that I used your car photo for Spice.
Love to hear stories about The Coops & Spicy. So sweet!
Our dogs have usually found a way to take over the bed. We would wake up all scrunched up on one side only to see our darling dog all stretched out happily sleeping. I never did figure out how they did that w/o us knowing. It just happened. LOL And, we loved it! LOL
Oh, I remember that photo, half way to Montreal with the Spicy in tow....it’s been a wonderful life ever since, truly ❤️🐶
Anne, I'm so happy to hear how your family has grown in more ways than one. You've been enriched in many ways w/ the addition of Spicy. :-)
Debi, for the longest time we talked about getting a second dog and then ... Spicy happened. She means the world to us and fits so well with us and Cooper. When I think back, I say things happen for a reason and Spicy is the reason why we never got a second dog....we were meant to be together eventually ❤️
Anne, Russell, Cooper & Spicy:
That is so lovely to hear and we're so happy for you.
We feel the same way about our soon to be Granddog. We thought so many times about a 2nd and for one reason or another it didn't happen..
Now, we will soon have a Granddog and we are so excited.
I have felt the same way that it was meant to be this way.
We are looking forward to wonderful family days ahead of us and know our lives will be enriched.
That picture of Murphy and Saffi is so touching. I love the way they are pressed up against each other.
Debi, I can’t wait to see your granddog! It will be so wonderful! Laci will be so happy 😀
Sherry those 2 and their relationship is quite special! Their body language says it all!
I love the picture of Saffy and Murphy. What a beautiful relationship. Anne we have thought about a second dawg but Rusty at 3 appears jealous. We so love him. Maybe there is something in our future too. I always give way to Rusty in bed. Sometimes I even dangled a foot because Rusty has taken all the room at the foot of my bed. Although lately he has bee stretching out between Sam and me. It is truly wonderful.
Wow, hard to believe that it's already been a year since Spicey moved to Montreal. Time goes so quickly. It's also hard to believe that Sadie's been with us for more than a year already. We're so lucky to have her!
Love hearing the stories about families with two or more dogs.
Nice to see the pictures of the dog buddies ! Doesn't seem like a year since Cooper & Spicy became a duo. Yes, it's amazing how the dogs can take over the bed without us even realizing it is happening.
