I had a plate in my office, watching Leti. Everyone else sat at the table. I had my priorities. Leti was thankful I was there for her. I am actually amazed I could cook all that I did and deal with her being in labour and a lack of sleep. one of the sons said, the neat was too moist. He was comparing mine to his girlfriends family. I said next time I will make yours dry. LOL Can't please all especially when they compare you.

Glad you had your turkey. Ours was also super moist, most people tend to over cook turkey, no need too. I shredded the white meat and froze it for the kids....it will be a nice addition to their kibbles for weeks to come :-)

Anne: I am not sure how anyone likes it dry but learn something new. How do you shred yours?

Darlah, I use the food processor, the meat is actually more ground than shredded but has some nice texture to it, little shreds on kibbles...yum 😋

I thought you had used one of those hand claws that they sell. Thought about getting one - well 2 - one for each hand but wondered if it just looked easier than it is. I shred in the food processor too.
