Snow and Ice

This is Willow - a tad messy due to this weather but I am putting her up as she is also a Jeannie puppy. Raven is also a Jeannie pup. The brown sables in the Cinnamon crew should be a similar colour though Willow was lighter when she was their age.

Here is the gallery.

We had ice pellets then snow today. We still got out to try to expel energy. The dogs enjoy the runs so. It was not as slippery as I thought or experienced after the pellets descended on us. After the snow cover it actually was not so slippery.Maybe I have great traction on my boots?

Our son Jon was on his way an hour ago to see his girlfriend who lives just above the place we are having dinner at. He said the highways have not been iced nor plowed so he turned around to come home. I hope it is better later.

Harlow joined us while his dad moves back to the city. He said, I am moving to the lakeshore - think that is what he says. Harlow will love it as its a real dog world downtown. It is here too but just different.

Rusty's mom and sister is dealing with Rusty's dad - Ronnie's husband having to get a mechanical heart as he is not a candidate for a heart transplant due to health issues. I am posting so you can send virtual healing thoughts to pull him through. They are wonderful people and need to be around for years and years to come enjoying and creating memories. Rusty is here having fun. Thank you, Ronnie for the dog toy and chocolates. So thoughtful even at this timeframe. Deepest appreciation.

Hoping we can make dinner. It's a 2 drink gin and tonic night. LOL

You take the most amazing pictures and the doggies are all so gorgeous! Sometimes Charlie doesn't mind the snow, depending on temperatures. Hope he is keeping up with all those young doggies. To me he will always be my puppy!
