Two Posts Tonight

Rusty, Tchibo and Nathan

Everyone gets hugs many times a day. Nathan was in the tv room and I clicked this photo.

Here is the gallery.

We went to Sam's funeral today. The speeches - mentioning Rusty time and time again.... He was a special guy and Ronnie is too. Her kids - as special as they are or were.

Dogs had a blast. We have a puppy visit tonight. Not up for it but when I see the pups playing, I will be.

That's what dogs bring you - smiles - if you allow.

We have a celebration of 1 year olds. See below.

I’ve been thinking about Ronnie a lot today. Sad day for her and family. Life is short no matter how you look at it. Rusty will miss his human daddy, no doubt. We keep them in our prayers and thoughts.

Was a hard day all around. I am glad we came and visited yesterday. Nathan will go for the minyan one of the nights. I so want to go again too. We listened to the speeches from Ronnie, Evan and Elana at service and cried and forgot kleenex. I truly wish we could lighten their load. It is not an easy process to go through. They all so love Rusty. I hope Rusty will bring them some smiles when he returns.

I am so very sorry for Ronnie and her family. I have a special memory of Sam. Patches being the extremely fluffy puppy that she was, Sam asked me in many of the Obedience classes Rusty and Patches attended together, how I got Patches so fluffy, what was my magic brushing technique 😊😊 He and Ronnie were so sweet. Ronnie shows a level of kindness in her blog responses that shows me what a kind soul she is. My sincere regrets and condolences go out to her entire family. 😢
