Heated One

Both Fitz and and Ozzie went into the pool. No one else wanted to as its simply too hot. We washed the cement in cool water often to keep their feet cool and put mats out and cooled those down.

Looking at photos of these 2, when dogs that are not used to swimming go in at the first of the season they tend to splash a great deal as they are a bit worried. By round 2, Fitz was swimming strong saying - I can do it and Ozzie was try 3. Each time after there were no splashes and they were strong swimmers. Bravo!! Wonderful progress and they seemed to enjoy it once they relaxed.

Dogs today were LOVING the indoors. LOL The beauty of air. I am feeling bad for anyone that has just fans. Today, is indeed hot!

Here is the gallery.

Tomorrow the sink gets installed. I am hoping it goes smoothly. It needs to.

I did not bruise - hooray from the fall. I did wrench my neck, shoulder and truly hurt my wrist and hand - the grooming one. Got to love it. My knee is better. Hoping I feel pain free tomorrow. If not pain pills. It could have been worse. Icing has been helping. Thank you. Laying on a pool mat hurt so I just sat. It was still desirable.

To tv time with Nathan and the dogs. Sounds liek we are old celebratiung tv time. Well....

Wow, Fitz and Ozzie in the pool -- fantastic! We LOVE these photos. Thank you, Nathan, for introducing them to such fun, and Darlah, for capturing it all in photos.

I’m glad you are feeling a bit better Darlah. Take care. ❤️❤️

Luv to see the pool pics! Ellie has been enjoying cooling off in our pool. Laci lays poolside watching and looks every bit "The Grande Dame!". 🐕

I saw various sizes of cooling mats for dogs @ Homesense. Thinking of getting one, but unsure if Laci will use it. Anyone had any luck w/ them? Laci luvs to cool off on our leather couch. I will always have one . . . Just for her! 🐾 💕
