It's a Day

Long day but the dogs had a ton of fun. Nathan was gone to the show. Tomorrow we wake up at 5am...yes 5am as he has to get to the show.

Here is the gallery.

Jessie and Murphy are here for 6 weeks. Jessie is exceptionally good for the havanese getting used to large dogs. He is a gentle being but Mom said his legs were not that strong. He's getting older and you wouldn't even know. I think he is excited to be here.

Hugo was visiting today as Ali got spayed today. We are hoping Hugo recognizes she is not up to par.

Rosie is here while mom moves. What a daunting job moving is and here I complain about painting.

Levon, Trigger, Sully and Simon arrive tomorrow  and Harlow departs.

We bred, Leti, Cinnamon and Raven. Pups will come in October.

Thursday we work on baseboards and the backsplash behind the stove. We are using the same one that I used in my grooming room. We really like it.

That room I need to organize is not getting done. Let me just get by this week and we will get it done as we need to finish painting and getting the piano moved. We now have a timeline as it must be done before pups.

The heater is fixed - hooray but it got so cold that it will take till Wednesday - Tuesday if luck is on my side to get warm again.

My garden looks wild. My walls look good but bare.

I am also dematting a dog a little each day. Poor dog - poor me as I pay dearly when I demat. My hands get cramps and carpal tunnel comes screaming. I can't shave down as the mats are next to the skin and tight so we go slow. So, if I appear crabby - swat me back into humour. I may need it.

Thank you to those that lightened my load today. Deepest appreciation!

Oh, I'm so happy Jessie will be there. Levon and Trigger don't get much big dog exposure and this will be so good for them.
