Mighty Wet

This is what it looks like in our backyard. It is a mix of ice, slush and some patches of snow. It's very wet out there. I went out many times today and I have waterproof shoes and well I ended up stepping too deep and it seeped in my shoes and soaked my feet. I have to do this to get what the dogs must feel like - don't you know? LOL

Here is today's gallery.

Here are 2 brothers. The black and white, Benny just departed. Murphy who lives with Jesse is the other brother. Kat is the 3rd brother. It was nice to have them together.

Nathan is sick. It's supposed to be Dennis day off so I have to make this blog short. Sorry about that. I have to relieve Dennis.

The worst weather for the dogs, better when it is a bit colder and its frozen! I wonder if Dallas gives Charlie the time of day! Hope Nathan feels better!

Be careful everyone. Don’t slip, Darlah. Hope Nathan feels better soon.

I hope it all melts before it freezes again. I find the lumpy ice to be treacherous. Got a soaker as well today and would have preferred not to have understood how the dogs feel - my imagination would have been sufficient LOL
Hope Nathan feels better soon and that it doesn’t go through your household.

Great pics, especially the ones of Dallas, lol.
Hope Nathan feels better.

Sorry to hear Nathan's not well. Hope he's better soon and the rest of you remain unscathed! The stairs in that picture look great. I've never seen any that go that high. Where did you ever find ones like that?

Dallas does not seem to play with Charlie but does play really well with the pups. She doesn't give him a hard time. they just don't seem to connect here. Do they when they get together? Both Charlie and her want their afternoon naps with Nathan so they do spend time with each other - just not engaged in play.
