Crazy Weather and Dogs

The dogs really had a fantastic day playing. It rained this morning so they got soaked. I combed them out, the rain finally subsided and then the wind came, then the hail and then some snow that didn't stick. What a crazy day but grooming was FUTILE.

Here is the gallery.

I think the dogs truly find this weather the best. Well not the rain but the wind and well not the hail but the snow. You can't have it completely how you want it.

I had cancellations today due to the weather but we will play catch-up this week.

Now it is tv time and the dogs are cuddled up to warm blankets that I threw in teh dryer. Nothing like a bit of indulgence. They love the warm blankets especially when it is cold outdoors.

How did everyone fare with the time change? Poor Dennis had to stay awake an extra hour. Not fair to him. He said it wasn't so bad.

Yes, very nice mask!
Doggies slept in, yeah!, I think it was more due to the cooler, wet weather, I'll take whatever, but they definitely love playing in the leaf piles, both of them.
I worked those time change nights a few times, some longer, some shorter, we all survived.

I have yet to do piles. Maybe I will take the blower out on Wed or Thursday and blow the leaves into the garden beds. What a waste of good protection then compost to bag them and have them hauled away.
