Short and Sweet

HalleLong day - no groom day on mine. I took a break. There is always tomorrow. They may look messy but they don't have knots so I am happy.

Here is the gallery.

Each night you are watching tv, comb out your dog. They may dislike it but they will feel better.

It's bloody cold out. I look at an open pool and say why isn't it warm and then go oh... yeah not yet.

Dogs are coming in with cedar branches in them. I think whomever is building nests are dropping branches all over.

This is some mansion getting built in our yard. Dogs are going CRAZY barking at it.

Oh and our neighbours who usually fight are into screaming matches. Windows closed and you can hear it. Dogs are stressed when hearing that - me too so we come in. Good thing its not warm. LOL

Pretty sure that’s a squirrel building that nest and will soon have baby squirrels. I had one trying to build a nest ion my purple weeping beech beside my bedroom in Toronto. I would go upstairs out to the balcony and knock it down, she would be at it again within minutes. She finally gave up after about a week - the tree looked bare on one side from her constantly trimming branches off. Had to do it though because it was rid-ghetto beside my deck and overhung the balcony off my bedroom.

I know what you mean about the pool - but still looks nice without the cover and glad we got ours open in case the cut off the service.

I have now caught up on your blogs. Nice that your pool is open. Love the dogs and got your message to brush Rusty. He misses you. Now that your pool is open It means summer is around the corner. Hopefully it will happen soon. . Lots happening unfortunately not great. My niece's mother in law passed away. She was 97 and in a seniors home. Yes she caught Covid 19. The sad part is that the family cannot even attend at the cemetery because she had the virus. As much as I say I won't watch the news it seems to hypnotize me. Stay safe.

Darlah the best entertainment we can have is watching all the puppies daily. I can't wait. Rusty is our best company. There really is nothing better than seeing his face in my face every morning.

This nest is about 14 feet up. Not a chance I can disturb it.
