Heat is Back

We started out being busy early.

Georgie the rescue now has a new home. I am a suck. We didn't have her long but I miss her.

Here is the gallery.

I so need to wash my dogs but I need the pups older to invest the time. They get daily comb-outs so they are okay. I am just picky. It's funny as I washed them about a week before Raven gave birth. But they play hard and enjoy life as it should be. Nami also keeps right up with them.

Today I was cutting something and I cut me instead. It was a tiny but deep cut and it just would not stop bleeding. I wrapped. I put pressure, ice on it etc. I would unwrap and it would pour out or it would soak the wrap in a matter of minutes. I do not want to do medical anything with covid so Nathan went to Shoppers and brought back steri-strips. He also bought some butterfly things that did not work. It is still throbbing and I am hoping by morning I can remove and wrap again. I think it may take a few days. That's my stupid moment of the day. We all have them.

Before all this I put pigtails in Stormy and she looks funny but funny in a cute way! I like to have fun at times.

Reggie departed and gets to meet his brand new human baby sister. Lucky him! May they get lots of sleep.

Murphy boy arrived and Brewer is gone till his visits next week. I did manage to get a swim in. Waiting till dark before watering in this heat.

Raven - yes Raven was outside when Nathan was in the pool with Ella and Sage. She ran around the pool like a mad woman having a total blast. She did it over and over again. Can you imagine feeling that good and having such a fun time so soon after pups.

Very happy for Georgie and her new family.😘

Try “new skin” or something like it - medical skin glue - to seal cuts. I did something similar and used this and it worked to seal and stop the bleeding.
Wonderful news about Georgie.
Yes, Raven is a trooper!

The New skin - and I have it on hand would not work as the flow was too great. Vaseline - would not either, ice, pressure - we were having fun. Holding it tightly together and using the steri-strips finally worked though bled through a few times till finally Nathan got it tight enough and then the finger swelled. Steri-strips need to be in everyone's home. :-)
