Cover and Rain

First thing this morning the pool cover went on. This is a safety cover that 4 adult humans can stand on.

This is the latest we have ever closed.

Here is the gallery.

Harlow was trying to figure out why this again? Yes, this means eventually the white stuff will come.

Instead of running all over it like they usually do, they walked on it. They smelled it and went okay. It may have had something to do with the impending rain.

That pool cover looks so much more sturdier than the previous one.

Got this pool cover last year after the disaster tarp that they made for us. It was sturdy but held water. Still have it. Am much happier. Long story but that company that made the tarp refused to return our money. As we love the dogs, we got another and essentially paid twice for a cover. Still not our original but better than the tarp. Interesting enough you could stand on the tarp but we didn't feel it was sufficient. It held water and didn't drain through. The guy who sold us that tarp is no longer at the company. He took us for a ride. I hate people losing jobs but he deserved it. We were not the only person he took for a ride.
