Rain and Clouds and Well Rain

Ellie and Shlomo was playing and playing today. Ellie comes once a week and always manages to find someone or 2 or 3 to play with.

Here is the gallery.

We had Shlomo, Astro and Ollie depart today. Rue is heading home tomorrow. We are still waiting on a date that we will get a heater and well where is that good weather. The verdict is out but I can sort of figure out that many don't like the rain.

There has been a tremendous amount of play today. I call those truly great days and I think they do too.

Nothing like lazing and tv time after such a physical day. Can you imagine that your job is simply to have fun?

Darlah, I just read you have heater problems. Rand Pools currently has them at 1/2 price and in stock!

Thank you! We are trying to get this replaced under warranty as it is just at the 1 year mark and it has a 1 year warranty. Heaters are way too expensive. This one has been nothing but a huge issue since day one for many reasons. At least its not hot out so swimming is not doable even with a heater. LOL

Hope all works out. Our pool is 31 yrs old now. Like brand new. And, guess it is as every year something needs replaced. New liner last year. Gorgeous-3rd one. Pump went this year. We got a rebuilt one from a retired contractor. Still warranties a year. He closes our pool at a fraction of what Bremner charged us. A lot of crooks out there!

Debi: I celebrate when nothing breaks. Last year the pool heater and the automatic pool cleaner. This year the heater again. Yes, lots of crooks in the pool business. Our pool liners so far have lasted way beyond the lifetime they say they will last. That's the only thing we have been lucky with. We normally use the pool daily no matter the weather. I have only been able to muster walking up to my waist as its too cold. We have family coming from the states arriving the day before father's day. We had to buy a mattress and pray the pool is working. They moved out west 2 years before covid then covid hit. We do zoom etc but its been over 4 years since we seen them. Local family will come to see them as well. I really need this pool heated. We shall see. They say maybe next week. Busy times - pups - potential pups coming and we still have a basement with damage. oh well what will be will be.
