Dancing Play

Here is the gallery.

Dennis and I transplanted plants to bring indoors. Plus I heaved haul this and that and brought this plant in and that. I am not only exhausted, I am really sore. Plus we had groomings and dogs departing. Ms Charlotte above departs tomorrow and so does our resident Jamie.

Nathan is out and about at a meeting tomorrow till 123opm. It will be a miracle if I am walking tomorrow so was hoping he was here for departures tomorrow. I am really in that much pain and it hasn't been long since I did all this work. It really was way too much. I best find my back brace.  As Nathan doesn't do anything physical these days, it lays on Dennis and I and today I felt my age. In my mind I am much younger than I am till I have days like this.

Dogs had fun despite all this - perhaps laughing at me while we worked. They seemed mighty gleeful. They danced indoors, played and ran outdoors.

Tomorrow is a new day. Let's hope it is a better less strenuous one and my body has recovered.

We just got back from visiting family in N.S., took the doggies too, looong drive, both ways. I just placed my tender indoor plants in the garage while we were gone, I knew it was going to get cold,, bathed both my 2 today, laundry everyone's done, and just getting dinner ready. Tmrw, hopefully I'll get some outside gardening done, summer is waay tooo shortšŸ˜„

Darlah, would it be easier for you if I picked up Jamie and Charlotte at 1:00 when Nathan is home?

Natalie yes 1230-1. I obviously overdid it. Thank you!

Dorothy: We had the aloe in front (3 huge pots) plus the 2 pots that had to be transplanted. Then we had 28 plants to transplant and take in. It was way too much. I almost said let them die but plants are expensive. When I say large, I mean really huge pots. It was obvious we needed a dolly. Dennis was like a taskmaster. He forgets he is young but moving the pots himself is impossible. I never want to do this again quite like this. We now have plants with lights in his room and plants in the basement with lights. We need to get insecticidal soap to spray before we have white fly as a preventative. Each year we get as we are not proactive before.

I hope your gardening goes well. Don't push yourself. I hope you have a dolly and a hubby to help. Nathan admitted he hasn't done anything physical for 3 years. That means I do it with Dennis. My garage is cold even though it is insulated.

I am on pain pills. Still pain. I tried massager but that created more pain. Think just time and a newly rejuvenated body.
