Let it Snowball
Dogs are not crazy about wet snow. It simply just sticks to them and makes them very unhappy. I get that. They are now at the point if I go to rinse them, they go hide. Think they have had enough. I do not blame them. So, they melt all over - so puddles. I do not see any snow in the foreseeable future but rain may be back. Strange winter.
I want to thank Rochelle for 2 gift cards and chocolates from Atoosa. Most appreciated.
We have many dogs coming over the holiday season.
I am still falling asleep mid day. My body is still playing recovery. Of course I sleep covered in dogs. Nathan goes upstairs with those that want to go and he has more room.
Mr. Lachlan has been playing up a storm. Ellie departed and was playing with Jax.Yoshi has been playing with the pups. Noah and Zoe own everywhere they nap or so they thing. LOL
It's been a good day!

I hate doing that too, rinsing or washing their feet, tummies and possibly even bums after a walk, especially in the mud. Pixie tolerates it but Leo, nope not coming into the house, I know what you're going to do mommy! It does get done nevertheless, I want semblance of a clean house😁
We’ve only had a dusting of snow once in Pickering. Very fortunate! Looks like a snowless Christmas, but at least no driving hazards for travellers.
Darlah, you will be so happy once you get your river stone and/or pea stone. Our yard is all patio and river stone or pea stone in spots . Doug shovels it all so Laci still has a big yard to run around. Then he complains and I tell him he only needs to do a pathway, but nooo, his little girl needs to have the whole yard! At least we solved the soggy swampy areas in rainy weather and eliminated the snowballs in the winter. Laci loves her yard.
Dorothy: I hear you and my experience is about the same but multiplied.
Debi: Yes, a solution is a must. Glad you found yours. Doug needs a snow thrower.
We have a snow blower, but he doesn’t use it in the backyard. Not sure if he’s afraid of harming the patio and of course can’t use on river stone. He does like to moan & groan, so I suspect that could be part of the reason. 😆
Deb: heh Nathan has got out of shovelling, carrying most anything these days despite his cardiologist saying he needs the exercise.
