I have done this blog 3 times and it is not showing up. I am about to give up.
It is icy out there. The dogs are enjoying TV time awaiting ground beef to be ready to add to their food. Dennis is frying it up.
Charlotte, Jamie, Mickey and Ellie departed.
Just watched Shotgun wedding - so corny but funny. Nathan says - I am not going to watch THAT but then he kept coming in to watch it. It's that type of a movie.
Time to snuggle with the dogs in the recliner.
The dishwasher has been a getting acquainted thing. We finally have it loaded so it doesn't pool water in the dog dishes. But my only complaint is Nathan puts them in and it seems doesn't empty it so guess who has to? Better than none, I gather! We have not had a dishwas

Funny but family never had a dishwasher till I moved out on my own and still don't have one here at my place, no space, oh, my mistake, dishwasher is named Tom.🤣
Yeah well some people have gourmet dogs and some are just.... lol By the way, it was lamb. I hadn't realized. Dennis reminded me before he crawled into bed with a migraine. Our dishwasher hadn't worked for eons. It is welcomed. Bet Tom does less dishes and laundry than us. So laughing. Just water dishes alone, I have 8 tops and bottoms and inserts and when we have moms, we have 1 bowl each mom. When we have pups add 2 more. We are not talking eating time twice a day and we haven't counted the humans. Nathan tends to say his hands hurt so I say wear gloves. That man spends too much time giving me reasons he can't.
Darlah, you have forgotten that I cook, alot! Yes, for only the 2 of us, but lots of time it's given away to family, my dad, neighbours, big batches to split up for the freezer. I did can some tomatoes last year, came out great, for pizza, sauces, etc. I'm getting better at baking bread, ie focaccia, pita bread, no knead bread, I said I would do more baking once I retired.
Now laundry, no way is Tom doing laundry. I can just picture him mixing my delicates with his heavy jeans, not gonna happen🤣
P.S. the steak came with mushrooms, baked potatoes, salad and cake🎂😉
Yeah glad you enjoy cooking. I hate laundry and I seem to do it all but when Nathan started giving me his laundry to do, I said - nope - your turn. That is the only laundry he does. I groom inbetween grooming. So I groom a dog, I fold and move laundry over then start another load. Then I do the next dog. Dishwasher I now wash the water dishes by hand and the mats that they go on. I leave the clean dishes in and let him empty. He wanted the dishwasher and everything that comes with it. LOL I do not need extra work. I have enough.
