They Say Rest

Here is the gallery.

When on wait for little ones, you do crazy things. They say relax. Don't worry but this morning I lined comb all dogs - even short haired ones in case I can't comb one day. This way when teh day happens and I skip a day - no worries.

Logan, Panda, Daisy and Fudge departed today. All dogs had an extreme amount of fun. Everyone - even the oldie - stop irritating me I am a senior now love Chai. I am not sure why but there is something about her. I think the key is she listens where some pups just insist. She also plays with Sage tug every single day and mauls Misty. She thinks both are her moms. Funny how that happens when you have moms bringing them up together.

I do not know about you but lately we are cleaning the yard constantly so if I missed something in clicking - sorry. It happens. Each day, many times a day we clean up but the yellow is well yellow. Apologies. It is the drawback of taking many photos and not having time to edit.

In our tv room we always have nice warm blankets and we take the inserts out of the dog beds to warm them up in the dryer. That is silly, I know but dogs deserve to be spoiled and they love it after a wet play session outdoors. Remind me why I comb and then they go out and play?

Just looked outside and wow is it snowing.

I got a new press today. Had to. The other one died. I have some orders to do and well can't do much without one. It's not a high end one. Who can afford that but it's a medium priced one. It has less features than my last but they no longer make my old press. I loved it so. Now to learn how to manually apply pressure and write it all down. Turn knob right x times, turn knob left x times depending on what you are pressing. I have yet to try it but we did manage to get 85lb of it out of the box and on the table and plugged in. I vow to test it today unless Nami or Willow has other things in mind. So far temps are down for both but not down far enough. They HATE me taking temps. I do not blame them.

An interesting thing happened today. Dennis did the hide the treat game and Dolly showed Trouble where it was. Get this - she shared - bonus! I always enjoy seeing how their minds work. Harlow has a nose - well it must be a good one as she always manages to get most. These are chicken treats that I dehydrate myself. My late friend Lynda gave me a dehydrator and I only do dog things in it. Go figure. I find if you take fresh chicken and dehydrate it, no one gets an upset tummy and they LOVE it more than the bought packaged one s with preservatives but of course you make them and they must be used quickly. In this house it is the same day and most will go near the machine and sniff.

I often put things in my calendar online to remind this feeble mind of stuff. Today a nag saying clean BBQ came up. Really? Do you do the same?
