Hot Day

Here is the gallery.

82f 28c today - wow. It is some hot day. Dennis spent it with the dogs raking, vacuuming and hosing off the decks.

Pool will be opened sometime next week when it gets cold again - just watch!

Many went home today. A couple arrived. All that arrived and departed were excited.

Nathan made steak for the dogs today. They ate it in minutes. Something about steak.

Dennis took a break from cleaning to do a game of many fetch. What is many fetch? You have to have many toys to throw with a number of dogs. LOL

Dennis also got the water feature in front cleaned and working. WSe are starting out with the best intentions.

As I type, Dennis is making dinner for the dogs. Nathan is laying out on his gravity chair with the dogs and I am blogging and attempting to eat.

It feels like summer but without the pool.

Wow, your dogs get steak more often than us! 1x every 2 months, if we're lucky, but then I cook a whole lot of other stuff that my 2 like, just as well as steak, hahaha!
Yes, today was amazing!
Great job Dennis, multitasking, tell him I said so.

Nathan gets steak wholesale. He buys them in a huge pack. So it is feast or famine. He BBQs it and shares it with the dogs. I eat steak maybe every 4th or 5th time. I like steak but not like Nathan does. LOL The steak ends up about the same price as ground beef. He tends to shop for sales and wholesales from the butcher and buys in bulk and freezes. I tend to eat more chicken than anything else. I like to make whole fryers as I can have them for soup, sandwiches, salad etc. I also like to make corned beef but you don't see it much. I guess I come from the school of cook and stretch it out for several meals where Nathan bbqs everything for 1 meal and shares. Every once in a blue moon he finds a roast on sale and I cook that. Everything we do though tends to have the dogs in mind.
